आज के भाग दौड़ भरी जीवनशैली में अपने शौक पूरे करना या उनमें ध्यान देना बहुत आश्चर्यजनक प्रतित होता है। वो भी जब शौक किसी महिला के हो, क्योंकि एक महिला पर इतनी जिमेदारिया होती है कि वो अपने बारे में सोचती ही नही है। परन्तु आज हम आपको एक ऐसी महिला की कहानी बताएंगे जिन्होंने अपने शौक़ को जुनून में बदल कर अपना और अपने परिवारवालों का जीवन सकारात्मक तरीके से बदल दिया।
दीपाली शाहलोत का परिचय-
दीपाली कानपुर में रहती है, दीपाली को हमेशा से गार्डनिंग का शौक रहा हैं। परन्तु जगह की कमी और जिम्दारियों की वजह से वो अपने शौक़ पर ध्यान नही दे पा रही थी। दीपाली पेशे से एक शिक्षिका और करियर काउंसलर है। दीपाली अपने परिवार के साथ छठी मंजिल पर रहती है। जब दीपाली 7वी मंजिल पर गयी तो वहां उन्हें बहुत खाली जगह दिखा, उसे देख कर दीपाली को अपने शौक को पूरा करने का जुनून चढ़ा।
टेरस गार्डनिंग की की शुरुआत-
दीपाली ने टेरस पर गार्डनिंग की शरुआत की। दीपाली के गार्डन में आपको हर तरीके की सब्जियां और फल देखने को मिलेंगे जैसे- टमाटर, पत्तागोभी, शिमला मिर्च, अमरूद, गोभी, भिंडी, ककड़ी, बैगन, लौकी, धनिया, मटर, ब्रोकली, प्याज, पालक, निम्बू, मिर्च प्याज आदि।
खुद ही बनाती है आर्गेनिक खाद-
दीपाली खुद ही अपने घर पर आर्गेनिक खाद बनाती है अपने किचन के फल सब्जियों के छिलकों और दूसरे खाध पढर्थो की मदद से। वो अपने पौधो के लिए केमिकल वाले खाद का उपयोग नही करती है। अपने घर के कचरों से ही दीपाली कम्पोस्ट बनाती है जिससे पौधो को पोषण मिलता है और पौधे अच्छे से विकशित होते है। केमिकल युक्त होने से सब्जियां और फल सेहत के लिए लाभदायक होती है साथ ही साथ स्वादिष्ट भी होती है।
25 से अधिक प्रकार के फल और सब्जियां है दीपाली के गार्डन में-
दीपाली अपने गार्डन का बहुत ध्यान रखती है, उनके गार्डन में आपको 25 से अधिक प्रकार के फल और सब्जियां देखने को मिलेंगी। दीपाली जिस शहर में रहती है वहां गर्मी भी अधिक पड़ती है और ठंड भी। इतनी कठिनाइयों के बाद भी दीपाली सोशल मीडिया से जानकारी प्राप्त करके आर्गेनिक खेती करती है, और जो भी परेशानियां उन्हें होती है उसका हल निकालती है।
दुसरो को भी चखाती है स्वाद अपनी सब्जियों का-
दीपाली के घर मे कभी भी सब्जियां बाजार से नही आती है, दीपाली अपनी उपजाई हुई सब्जियों का सेवन करती है, और अपने माली को भी या घर मे काम करने वालो को भी दीपाली सब्जियां देती है, परन्तु दीपाली इन सब्जियों को कभी भी बेचती नही है।
दीपाली ने अपने मेहनत और लगन से वीरान टेरस को खूबसूरत गार्डन में बदल दीया। दीपाली को बाहर से फल सब्जियां खरीदने की जरूरत नही पड़ती है। दीपाली बहुत से लोगो को गार्डनिंग की जानकारी देती है और उन्हें गार्डनिंग करने के लिए प्रोत्साहित भी करती है, और सही सलाह भी देती है। दीपाली का व्यतित्व और कार्य दोनो प्रेरणा लेने वाला है।
