आज हम एक ऐसी महिला के बारे में बताने वालें हैं, जिन्होंने बुलडोज़र और JCB जैसी 11 गाड़ियों को चलाकर यह साबित कर दिखाया है कि महिलाएं अब किसी भी क्षेत्र में पुरुषों से पीछे नहीं है और वे चाहे तो पुरुषों के भांति हर क्षेत्र में अपना दबदबा बना सकती है।

राधामणि (Radhamani amma) ने बताया कि, पति के कहने पर हीं उन्होंने सबसे पहले गाड़ी चलाया, फिर धीरे-धीरे ड्राइविंग करना इनका शौक बन गया। अब उनके पास 11 तरह की भारी गाड़ियों को चलाने का लाइसेंस है।

कब बना सबसे पहले लाइसेंस

राधामणि अम्मा ने बताया कि, सबसे पहले उन्होंने सन 1981 में लाइट मोटर वेइकल का लाइसेंस लिया था और फिर 1988 में उन्हें हेवी वेइकल चलाने यानी बस और ट्रक का भी लाइसेंस मिल गया। 2021 में उन्हें हज़ार्ड्स गुड्स ट्रांसपोर्टेशन का भी लाइसेंस मिला।

11 तरह की भारी गाड़ियां चलाने का मिला लाइसेंस

बता दें कि, राधामणि के पास 11 तरह की भारी गाड़ियां चलाने के लाइसेंस है लेकिन वे 20 तरह की भारी गाड़ियां चलाने में सक्षम हैं। वे अब अर्थमूवर्स, फ़ोर्कलिफ़्ट, मोबाइल क्रेन, रफ़ टरेन क्रेन, ट्रेलर जैसी गाड़ियां चला सकती हैं।

लोगों को सिखाती हैं ड्राइविंग करना

ड्राइविंग के शौक के साथ-साथ राधामणि (Radhamani amma) ड्राइविंग क्लासेज़ के ज़रिए दूसरों को ड्राइविंग करना भी सीखा रही हैं। Femina की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, राधामणि A2Z हेवी वेइकल ट्रेनिंग इंस्टीट्यूट नामक संस्था चलाती हैं। उनके पति ने 1978 में उनके ही नाम पर इस संस्था की शुरुआत की थी ।
