आज के युवा नौकरी करने के बजाए अपना खुद का बिजनेस करना चाहते है, ताकि वो उसमें अपनी क्रिएटिविटी दिखा सके। आइए आज हम आपको बताते है एक ऐसे युवा के बारे में जिन्होंने बहुत ही अनोखा बिजनेस किया है।

मारिया कुरियाकोस का परिचय-

मारिया केरल की रहने वाली है, उनकी आयु 26 वर्ष है। 2017 में जब उनकी मास्टर्स डिग्री कम्पलीट हो गयी तो उन्होंने एक कॉर्पोरेट कंपनी के साथ काम किया। मारिया बताती हौ की एक साल बाद ही उन्होंने नौकरी छोड़ दी और झुग्गी -झोपड़ी के महिलाओं के साथ मिलके स्थायी सैनिटरी पैड बनाने वाली सामाजिक उधम स्व जुड़ गए।

कहा से मिली प्रेरणा बिजनेस की-

जब वो त्रिसूर के एक नारियल तेल के मिल में गयी तो वहीं उन्हें अपने बिजनेस के लिए प्रेरणा मिली, वो कहती है की नारियल में बहुत से गुण होते है मिल में उन्होंने देखा कि नारियल के शेल ( नारियल के बाहर का करा हिस्सा) को फेका जा रहा है।

जब उन्होंने शोध किया तो उन्हें पता चला कि कुछ व्यवसायी चारकोल बनाने के लिए नारियल के बाहरी हिस्से का प्रयोग करते है, इसके साथ भी इसको आप ईंधन के रूप में जला भी सकते है। वो कहती है की केरल में बहुत सारे लोग नारियल के खोल का इस्तेमाल खाना परोसने वाली करछी के रूप में करते है। परन्तु समस्या ये है कि इसको बनाने वाले कारीगर भी कम है और इन प्रोडक्ट के मूल्य भी कम है।

यही वजह है कि “थेँगा” ( Thenga) नाम के इस घरेलू ब्रांड की शुरुआत हुई। जिसने अब तक 8000 से अधिक खोल से बने उत्पादों की बिक्री की है।

बेकार चीज़ो से कैसे करे कमाई-

 

साल 2019 में मारिया ने ये तय किया की वो नारियल- खोल आधारित उत्पाद ही बेचेंगी, उसके बाद उन्होंने इससे उपयोगी समान बनानेवाले कारीगरों और विशेषज्ञ से बात की, उन्हें कुछ महीने तो सिर्फ ये सोचने में लगे कि नारियल के खोल छांट कर अंतिम उत्पाद कैसे बनाएं। तब उन्हें पता चला कि ऐसा करने के लिए उन्हें कुछ मशीन चाहिए ताकि वो नारियल के खोल के बाहरी और भीतरी दोनो हिस्सो को चिकना कर सके।

परन्तु समस्या ये थी कि वो सिर्फ ट्रॉयल के लिए इतनी महंगी मशीने खरीदना नही चाहती थी, तब उनके पिता ने उनकी मदद की, उनके पिता एक रिटायर्ड मैकेनिकल इंजीनियर है, उन्हें ये अच्छे से पता है कि कम लागत में मशीन कैसे बनाएं, सेंडिंग व्हील को बनाने के लिए उनके पिता ने यूट्यूब वीडीओ की मदद ली और लागत वाली डिज़ाइन तैयार कर लिया।

आगे वो बताती है कि उनके पिता ने हार्डवेयर स्टोर से स्पेयर पार्ट्स खरीद कर कुछ ही दिनों में सेंडिंग मशीन को बना दिया, उनके पिता ने घर मे परी एक हैंडहेल्ड ड्रिल से बफर और डिस्क सेन्डर जैसी फिटीइंग्स बनाए इसके साथ ही मारिया के माँ ने भी पास के तेल मिल से नारियल के अलग-अलग आकार के नारियल के शेल जमा करने में उनकी मदद की।

केमिकल प्रोडक्ट का इस्तेमाल नही करती है-

इन सब के बाद मारिया उनलोगों से मिली जो नारियल के कटोरे खरीदना चाहते थे, मारिया ने घर पर कुछ कटोरे बनाएं और उसपर व्यसायिक लोगो भी छापा, वो कहती है की लेजर प्रिंटिंग थर्ड पार्टी द्वारा की गई थी, जो लकड़ी के उत्पाद पर प्रिंटिंग करती है, उसके बाद केमिकल प्रोडक्ट के बजाए नारियल तेल से खोल को पॉलिश किया गया।

पहले आर्डर के बाद उन्हें बहुत अच्छी प्रतिक्रिया मिली, इसके साथ ही अगर कोई ग्राहक उन्हें शिक़ायत करता कि उनके प्रोडक्ट खराब है तो मारिया बिना एक्स्ट्रा चार्ज लिए उनका प्रोडक्ट बदल देती है। इसके साथ ही व्यवसायियों को बेचने के अलावा ये प्रोडक्ट ई कॉमर्स-प्लेटफार्म और सोशल मीडिया पेजो पर सीधे ग्राहको को बेचे जाते है।

आर्डर बढ़ने पर हुई परेशानी-

जब मारिया को अधिक आर्डर मिलने लगे तब उन्हें सही आकर के खोल ढूढने और कटोरे बनाने के लिए संघर्ष करना पड़ा। परन्तु उनके माता-पिता ने उनका साथ दिया, मारिया ने ये महसूस किया कि घर पर सभी उत्पादों का निर्माण करने में उन्हें काफी परेशानी हो रही है, वो अपने बिजनेस की मार्केटिंग के साथ-साथ नए-नए प्रोडक्ट्स बनाना चाहती थी।

मारिया बताती है कि जब वो त्रिसूर,वायनाड और कोट्टायम नारियल से कलछी बनाने वाले कारीगर के पास गई तो उन्हें पता चला कि वो लोग पैसे कमाने के लिए तो निर्माण करते ही है इसके साथ ही वो अपनी कला का निरंतर प्रयास भी करते है, जब मारिया ने उन कारीगरों को थेँगा में बनने वाले उत्पाद के बारे में बताया तो 10 से अधिक कारीगर उनके साथ काम करने को तैयार हो गए।

विदशे में अपने प्रोडक्ट लांच करने की है योजना-

सबसे अच्छी बात ये थी की कारीगरों के पास मशीन थीं, उन्हें सिर्फ ये बात बतानी थी कि कटोरे को गोल रखने के लिए किस प्रकार के खोल का इस्तेमाल करना है इसके साथ ही उन्हें इस बात की भी जानकारी देनी थी कि चमकदार फिनिशिंग देने के लिए किसी भी केमिकल प्रोडक्ट का इस्तेमाल नही करना है।

आपको बता दे कि साल 2020 तक थेँगा( Thenga) के पास चार आकर के कटोरे है सबसे छोटा 150ml का (250 रुपये) और सबसे बड़ा 900ml ( 950 रुपये),जिसका इस्तेमाल आप सलाद परोसने के लिए कर सकते है, इसके साथ ही उन्होंने नारियल शेल से चाय के कप, मोमबतियां, कटलरी और हैंगिंग प्लांटर्स भी बनाए।

इसके साथ ही मारिया कहती है कि आप कटोरों का उपयोग सूप या स्मूदी जैसी ठंडी चीज़ों के लिए भी कर सकते है, आगे वो कहती है को वो जो मोमबतियां बनाती भी वो नारियल फ्लेवर वाली है और इन्हें वो खुद अपने हाथों से बनाती है, उन्होंने 8000 से अधिक प्रोडक्ट बेचे है इसके बाद भी उन्हें लगातार तमिलनाडु, कर्नाटक और केरल से आर्डर मिल रहे है, उनकी सबसे बड़ी सफलता ये है कि उनके प्रोडूक्ट्स कुछ महीनों बाद जर्मनी में भी Amazon के जरिये लांच किए जाएंगे। अगर आप थेगा उत्पाद खरीदना चाहते है तो Amazon, Instagram या Facebook से खरीद सकते है।
