हमने आज तक सुर्ख लाल, या थोड़े हरे सेब देखे है। पर अगर हम आपको कहे कि दुनिया मे बैगनी सेब भी पाए जाते है तो क्या आप विश्वास करेंगे। जी हाँ अपने बिल्कुल सही सुना इस बैगनी सेब को ” ब्लैक डायमंड सेब” कहा जाता है, परन्तु इसका उत्पादन सिर्फ तिब्बत के कुछ हिस्सों में ही होता है, परंतु दुनिया भर में इस सब की डिमांड बहुत है।

शहद से भी मीठा होता है ये सेब-

इसको “ब्लैक डायमंड एप्पल” कहते है, यह Hua Niu परिवार के सेब होते है, इसका एक और नाम चाइनीज रेड डिलिशियस भी है। ये सब उतना काला नही होते है बल्कि इसका रंग डार्क पर्पल होता है, इस सब की खासियत ये है कि ये सेब शहद से भी मीठा होता है।

तिब्बत में पाया जाता है-

ये सब दुनिया भर में सिर्फ तिब्बत के नाइंग-ची छेत्र में पाया जाता है, आपको बता दे कि चीन की एक कंपनी इस सेब का 50 हेक्टेयर में खेती करती है, यह जमीन समुन्द्र तल से 3100 मीटर की ऊँचाई पर है, अधिक ऊंचाई पर होने की वजह से यहाँ दिन और रात के तापमान में काफी अंतर होता है, ऐसा सबका मानना है कि यहाँ दिन में ढ़ेर सारी अल्ट्रा वायलेट किरणे आती है जी वजह से इन सेबों का रंग बैगनी हो जाता है।

इन अनोखे सेबों की खेती 2015 से शुरू हुई है, इन सेबो की सबसे अधिक डिमांड बीजिंग, शांघाइ, गुआगजो और शेनजेन के सुपर मार्केट्स में है। इन सेबो को 6 से 8 पैक में बेचा जाता है जिसकी कीमत 50 युआन है।
