पूरे विश्व मे हमारा भारत देश की एक ऐसा देश है जहाँ नदियों को पूजा जाता है, हमारे देश मे धर्म का बड़ा प्रतीक है नदी, आज हम आपको ऐसे 10 नदियों के बारे में बताएंगे जिनका अपना ही महत्व है।
1. गंगा नदी
आपको बता दे कि हिमालय पर्वत के गंगोत्री से निकलने वाली नदी भारत की सबसे पवित्र नदी मानी जाती है, गंगा नदी गंगोत्री से निकल के उत्तराखंड, उत्तरप्रदेश, बिहार से होते बंगाल होते हुए बंगाल खाड़ी में गिरती है। हमारे देश में गंगा नदी को ” माँ गंगा” बोल कर सबलोग संबोधित करते है, जैसा कि हम सबको पता है कि गंगा नदी का जल हमारे यहाँ हर धार्मिक कार्य मे उपयोग किया जाता है, हमारे ग्रन्थों में ऐसा लिखा हुआ है कि गंगा नदी में स्नान करने से इंसान के सारे पाप धुल जाते है, हमारे यहाँ हर त्योहार में गंगा नदी की पूजा की जाती है।
2. गोदावरी नदी
गोदावरी नदी दक्षिण भारत मे स्थित है दक्षिण में गोदावरी नदी को गंगा नदी के समान माना जाता है, इसके साथ भी इस नदी की पूजा भी की जाती है। गोदावरी नदी का उधम स्थल महाराष्ट्र के नासिक जिले के त्र्यम्बकं पहाड़ियों में है, आपको बता दे की गोदावरी नदी की लंबाई 1464 किलोमीटर है ये नदी भी छत्तीसगढ़, आंध्रप्रदेश से बहते हुए बंगाल की खाड़ी में गिरती है।
3. यमुना नदी
यमुना नदी भारत की तीसरी प्रमुख नदी है, ये नदी हिमालय पर्वत के यमुनोत्री से निकलती है इसके साथ ही यमुना नदी उत्तराखंड, दिल्ली और उत्तरप्रदेश जैसे राज्य के किनारे अवस्थित है, यमुना नदी की लंबाई 13 स्व 76 किलोमीटर है इसके साथ ही ये गंगा नदी की प्रमुख सहायक नदियों में से एक है। यमुना नदी को भी लोग माँ बोल के सबोधित करते है और पूजा भी करते है
4. नर्मदा नदी
नर्मदा नदी गुजरात की प्रमुख नदी है, इसके साथ ही नर्मदा नदी को लोग माँ रेवा के नाम से भी जानते है। ये नदी मध्यप्रदेश के अमरकंटक के मैकला पर्वतमाला से निकलती है, मैकला से निकलते हुए ये नदी मध्यप्रदेश से गुजरात बहते हुए बंगाल की खाड़ी में जाके मिल जाती हैं इसके साथ ही नर्मदा नदी की लंबाई 1312 किलोमीटर है।
5. कृष्णा नदी
कृष्णा नदी दक्षिण भारत की प्रमुख नदी है, कृष्णा नदी महाराष्ट्र के महाबलेश्वर से निकलती है और आंध्र प्रदेश और कर्नाटक में बहती है, इस नदी की लंबाई 1300 किलोमीटर है आपको बता दे कि कृष्णा नदी से महाराष्ट्र, आंध्रप्रदेश और कर्नाटक जैसे राज्यो के सिंचाई के कार्य भी किए जाते है।
6. ब्रह्मपुत्र नदी
ब्रह्मपुत्र नदी उत्तर पूर्व भारत की सबसे प्रमुख नदी है इसके साथ ही ब्रह्मपुत्र नदी भारत की सबसे बड़ी नदी है, आपको बता दे कि ब्रह्मपुत्र नदी मानसरोवर से निकलती है ये नदी भारत के साथ-साथ चीन और बांग्लादेश में भी बहती है, ब्रह्मपुत्र नदी को चीन में संगपो और बांग्लादेश में जमुना और अरुणाचल प्रदेश में दिहांग नदी के नाम से संबोधित किया जाता है, ब्रह्मपुत्र नदी की लंबाई 2900 किलोमीटर है।
7. सरस्वती नदी
आपको बता दे कि इस नदी को पौराणिक काल से जोड़ा जाता है, ये नदी हिमालय के शिवालिक पर्वतमाला से निकलती है और ये नदी इलाहाबाद में है और ये नदी संगम में मिल जाती है, ये नदी भारत और पाकिस्तान दोनो देशों में बहती है और इसकी लंबाई 1600 किलोमीटर है।
8. शिप्रा नदी
आपको बता दे कि मध्य प्रदेश का उज्जैन शहर शिप्रा नदी किनारे स्थित है, जैसा कि हम सब जानते है की उज्जैन एक तीर्थ स्थान है, उज्जैन में हर 12 साल बाद कुंभ मेला लगता है जो शिप्रा नदी के किनारे ही लगता है शिप्रा नदी की लंबाई 195 किलोमीटर है।
9. कावेरी नदी
कावेरी नदी दक्षिण में स्थिति है जो ब्रह्मगिरि से निकलकर कर्नाटक और तमिलनाडु के राज्यो में बहती है। कावेरी नदी का शिवसमुद्रम जलप्रपात भारत का दूसरा सबसे बड़ा जलप्रपात है, कावेरी नदी की भारत में कुल लंबाई 805 किलोमीटर है।
10. ताप्ती नदी
ताप्ती नदी हमारे देश की प्रमुख नदियों में से एक है, ताप्ती नदी मध्यप्रदेश, महाराष्ट्र और गुजरात जैसे राज्य में बहती है, ताप्ती नदी मध्यप्रदेश के बैतूल जीले से निकलती है जिसकी लंबाई 724 है।
