जैसा कि हम सब जानते हैं कि खेती का हमारे जीवन में बहुत महत्व है। हम जो भी फल सब्जी खाते हैं, वह सब अधिकतर खेती द्वारा उगाई जाती है। हमारे समाज में आज के समाय में लोग खेती को बहुत जायदा महत्व नहीं देते है। सब लोग शहर की तरफ जाना पसंद करने लगे है। जिसके कारण खेती से उनका कोई नाता नहीं रहता। आज कल तो गांव भी शहर जैसे बनाए जा रहे है। परंतु गांव में रहने वाले लोग फिर भी अपनी खेती को कभी नही भूलते। एक किसान अपने खेतो में दिन रात मेहनत करता है। खेती के काम में जो मेहनत और मुनाफा है। वह अन्य किसी काम में नही है। आज कल किसान महंगे फलों और सब्जियों की खेती भी करने लगे है। उनकी खेती इतनी महंगी नही होती परंतु वह बाजार में बहुत जायदा दाम पर बिकते है। आज कल हर किसान ने खेती की नई तकनीके अपना ली है। जिससे वो अब विदेशों में उगाए जाने वाले फलों की भी खेती कर सकते है। विदेशों में उगने वाले कई फल हमारे देश में विदेश से मंगाए जाते हैं और बहुत जायदा दाम में बिकते है। लोगो को भी उन फलों का स्वाद बहुत अलग और अच्छा लगता हैं जिसके कारण उन फलों की बाजार में बहुत मांग भी है। इसी कारण किसानों ने नई तकनीके अपना कर विदेशों में उगाए जाने वाले फलों और सब्जियों की अपने देश में भी खेती शुरू कर दी है। आज हम बात करेंगे एक ऐसे ही फल की जो कि पहले विदेश से मंगाया जाता था। और अब इसकी खेती भारत में भी होने लगी है।

जी हां, जिस विदेशी फल के बारे में आज हम बात करेंगे, वह फल है कीवी। कीवी एक जाना माना फल है।जो आज के समय में हर घर में पाया जाता है। हर किसी को इसका स्वाद बहुत अनोखा और अच्छा लगता है। पहले के समाय में लोग इस फल के बारे में जानते तक नहीं थे।और जो लोग जानते थे वह इसे खरीदते नही थे क्योंकि यह फल बहुत महंगे दाम पर बाजार में बिकता था। इसका कारण यह था कि भारत में कीवी की खेती नही होती थी। विदेश से इस फल को मंगाया जाता था।जिससे इसका दाम बहुत अधिक हो जाता था और उस समय लोग इस फल के फायदों के बारे में जानते भी नहीं थे। तो कोई इसे नही खरीदता था। परंतु आज हर बीमारी में डॉक्टर भी इस फल को खाने की सलाह देते है। लोगो को आज इस फल के फायदे समझ आ गए है। जिसके कारण इसकी मांग बहुत हद्द तक बढ़ गई है।
*भारत के कई राज्यों में होने लगी खेती……..
जब कीवी की मांग भारत में अधिक होने लगी तो कई राज्यों में किसानों ने इसकी खेती करने का विचार किया। और इसकी खेती करनी शुरू करदी। कीवी की खेती में किसानों को बहुत फायदे नज़र आए। क्योंकि बाजार में इस फल की मांग भी अधिक है। और यह अच्छे दाम पर भी बिकती है। और इन सबके साथ साथ इसकी खेती में जायदा लागत नही है। जिससे किसानों को बहुत मुनाफा होता है। भारत में अरुणाचल प्रदेश, सिक्किम जैसे राज्यों में कीवी की खेती की शुरुवात की जा चुकी है। जिसके कारण अब हमे विदेश से इस फल को मंगाने की जरूरत नही पड़ती। पहले से दाम भी थोड़े कम हो गए है। जो कि आम आदमी के लिए एक फायदा है और जो किसान इसकी खेती कर रहे है। उन्हे भी अच्छा खासा मुनाफा हो जाता है।
*कैसे होती है खेती……..
कीवी की खेती करना उतना भी मुश्किल नहीं होता। किसानों से पूछने पर उन्होंने बताया कि कीवी की खेती सर्दियों के मौसम में की जाती है। इसके लिए गीली, उपजाऊ मिट्टी की आवश्यकता होती है। भारत में एक प्रकार की कीवी का उत्पादन नही होता है। यह कई प्रकार की होती है। इसका पौधा लगाने के लिए लकड़ी का बुरादा, सड़ी खाद जेसी चीजों का उपयोग किया जाता है। इसके अलावा गर्मियों में इनके पौधों की 10 से 12 दिन में सिंचाई करनी होती हैं। किसान बताते है कि उन्हे कीवी का पौधा लगाने में जायदा मेहनत करनी पड़ती है और उसका ध्यान भी रखना पड़ता है। परंतु एक बार पोधा लग जाए उसके बाद उन्हे उसका जायदा ध्यान नहीं रखना पड़ता। इन सबके अलावा उन्होंने बताया कि कीवी का नया पौधा लगाने के 4 साल बाद वह कीवी देने के लिए त्यार होता है।

किसानों को कीवी के फल की खेती से बहुत मुनाफा होता है। एक किसान के लिए उसकी जमीन बहुत जरूरी होती है। क्योंकि वह उसी जमीन पर खेती करके रोजी रोटी कमाता है। और खेती करने के लिए कई एकड़ जमीन की जरूरत होती है। परंतु कीवी की खेती आप केवल दो एकड़ जमीन पर भी कर सकते है। और इसकी खेती करने के लिए भी बहुत जायदा पैसों की जरूरत नही होती है। परंतु इसकी खेती करने से किसानों को बहुत फायदे होते है। जहा किसान पहले सेब जो पिछले कुछ दिनों में सबसे महंगा फल रहा है उससे मुनाफा कमा रहे थे। वही आज कीवी जैसे फल की खेती करके भी वह अच्छा खासा मुनाफा कमा रहे है। बाजार में एक कीवी 20 या 30 रुपए तक की बिकती है। जिससे किसान को भी मुनाफा होता हैं और बेचने वाले को भी मुनाफा होता है।

हम में से बहुत लोग आज के समय में कीवी खाने के फायदों से वाकिफ है। आज हर डॉक्टर बीमारी में सभी को कीवी खाने की सलाह देता है। कीवी में बहुत विटामिन, फाइबर, पोटेशियम होता है। जिसके कारण हर व्यक्ति इसे अपनी अच्छी सेहत के लिए खाना चाहता है। इसी के साथ साथ इसका स्वाद बाकी अन्य फलों से बहुत अलग है। जो लोगो को बेहद पसंद आता हैं। इसलिए आज कल हर घर में कीवी देखने को मिलती हैं क्योंकि लोग अब लगातार इसका सेवन करना पसंद करते है। ताकि वह बीमारियों से दूर रह सके। और अपने स्वास्थ का ध्यान रख सके।
