जानकारी के लिए बता दें कि हवाईजहाज (Aeroplane) में भी हॉर्न (Horn) होता है लेकिन इस्तेमाल गाड़ियों मे लगे हॉर्न की तरह नहीं किया जाता है। जी हां, एरोप्लेन के हॉर्न का इस्तेमाल किसी पक्षी या अन्य विमानों को हटाने या अलर्ट के लिए नहीं होता है।
कहां किया जाता है हवाईजहाज के हॉर्न का इस्तेमाल?
एरोप्लेन के हॉर्न का इस्तेमाल जमीन पर संचार उपकरण के रूप में किया जाता है। ग्राउंड इंजीनियरों को अक्सर कॉकपिट में कार्य करना पड़ता है। ये इंजीनियर्स जमीन पर अपने सहकर्मियों से सम्पर्क करने के लिए हॉर्न का प्रयोग करते हैं। दूसरे शब्दों में, इस हॉर्न के जरिए हवाई जहाज के केबिन से अन्य स्टाफ से संपर्क किया जाता है तथा साथ यह ग्राउंड स्टाफ को एरोप्लेन उड़ने के लिए तैयार होने की जानकारी दी जाती है। उसके बाद प्लेन को उड़ाया जाता है।
हवाई जहाज में कहां होता है हॉर्न?
हवाई जहाज (Aeroplane) के अंदर इंस्ट्रूमेंट पैनल में एक बटन होता है जिस पर “GND” लिखा रहता है। उस बटन को दबाने पर हॉर्न बजता है। हॉर्न का लोकेशन पहिए के पास होता है। इसकी आवाज बहुत ही तेज होती है तथा साथ ही हॉर्न की आवाज भिन्न होती है, जिससे इंजीनियर समस्या का पता लगाते हैं। इमरजेंसी सिचुएशन में एरोप्लेन का हॉर्न स्वयं भी बज सकता है।
ऊपर बताए गए हॉर्न हवा में ऊपर रहने पर काम नहीं करता है। इसीलिए पायलट और चालक दल एक दूसरे से संपर्क करने के लिए दूसरे प्रकार के हॉर्न का इस्तेमाल करते हैं। पायलट मल्टी-कलर्ड लाइट्स का प्रयोग करते हैं जिनके हर रोशनी का अलग अर्थ होता है। ऐसे में इससे साफ पता चल रहा है कि हवाई जहाज में हार्न का इस्तेमाल संचार स्थापित करने के लिए किया जाता है।
