हम कभी भी अपने आस-पास या अपने शहर में गंदगी देखते है ये जरूर कहते है कि कितनी गंदगी, परन्तु हम कभी भी इस बात पर ध्यान नही देते की हम कितनी गंदगी फैला रहे है, अगर हम सब अपने घर से निकलने वाले कचरे पर ध्यान दे तो हमारा नीवं जीरो वेस्ट बन सकता है, और आस पास गंदगी भी नही देखनी पड़ेगी। तो ये कैसा होगा आइए जानते है।

 

ज्योत्सना जैन का परिचय-

ज्योत्सना पंजाब खव लुधियाम की रहने वाली है, उनकी आयु 23 वर्ष है। ज्योत्सना पर्यावरण प्रेमी है, अपना ग्रेजुएशन पूरा होने के बाद उन्होंने “क्लाइमेट चेंज” पर एक वीडीओ देखा और इस वीडीओ से प्रभावित होके उन्होंने सोचा कि वह भी अपने जीवन को इको फ्रेंडली बनाएंगी। 2 साल से ज्योत्सना ने अपने जीवन मे बदलाव कर ज़ीरो वेस्ट वाले जीवन का लुत्फ उठा रही हैं और साथ ही साथ पर्यावरण को स्वच्छ रखने में अपना योगदान भी रही है।

क्या है “जीरो वेस्ट” का मतलब-

ज्योत्सना के लिए जीरो वेस्ट का मतलब है अपने जीवन से केमिकल वाली चीज़ो की जगह उन सब चीज़ो को इस्तेमाल करना जिससे हमारे पर्यावरण को कोई नुकसान ना हो, अपने घर के कचरे का सही इस्तेमाल करना ताकि वो पर्यावरण को कोई हानि ना हो और सबसे जरूरी अपनी निर्भरता बड़ी कंपनियों पर कम करना।

धीरे-धीरे करें शुरुआत-

वो कहती है कि जब मैंने जीरो वेस्ट वाली जीवनशैली को चुना तो मुझे ये बात समझ मे आयी कि बदलाव कुछ दिनों में नही आएगा, बल्कि धीरे-धीरे ही आपकी आदते बदलेंगे, इसलिए हमें दुसरो पर ध्यान नही देना है ना ही दूसरे लोगो को कोई सलाह देनी है, हमे अपना काम ईमानदारी से करना है हमे देख के खुद ही लोगो की मानसिकता बदलने लगेगी, और वो भी पर्यावरण के बारे में सोचने लगेंगे।

सबसे पहले उन्होंने प्लास्टिक का कम इस्तेमाल करना शुरू किया इसके लिए उन्होंने बाजार से कपङे के बैग खरीदे जिसमे वो घर का समान ला सके, उन्होंने अपने घर मे कुछ कपडे के बैग लटका दिए, कुछ कार में रख दिए। उनका कहना है कि हम बाजार से चीज़े तो खरीद सकते है पर इनका इस्तेमाल करना भूल जाते है इसलिए इन्हें ऐसी जगह रखे ताकि आपको याद आये और आप इनका इस्तेमाल करे।

उनका कहना है कि वो किराने का सामना भी अब कपड़े के बैग में लेने जाती है, दाल-चावल और स्टील के डिबो में वो तेल और आटा लेके आती है। वो हमेशा इस बात का ध्यान रखती है कि उन्हें सारी चीज़े कपड़े के बैग में
में और कांच के डिबो में मील, परन्तु अगर उनके घर मे प्लास्टिक आ जाता है जिसको वो रीसायकल नही कर सकती तो वो उसका “इको ब्रिक” बना लेती है।

जब भी वो बाहर जाती है तो अपने साथ कटलरी किट( जिसमें चम्मच, फोर्क, स्ट्रॉ होती है) ले जाती है ताकि बाहर की प्लास्टिक की चीज़ें उन्हें इस्तेमाल नही करनी पड़े। वह अपना पानी का बोत्तल भी साथ रखती है ताकि उन्हें वो खरीदना ना पड़े, अगर वो कोई चीज़ खरीदती भी जी जिसका रैपर प्लास्टिक का हो तो उसे वो बाहर नही फेकती उसे अपने बैग में रख लेती है ताकि बाहर कचरा ना फैले।

कचरे को करती है रीसायकल-

ज्योत्सना का कहना है कि जब हम कही बाहर घूमने जाते है तो खाने की चीज़ो की वजह से कचरा फैलता है जैसे-बिस्कुट, चॉकलेट आदि के रैपर से। उनका कहना है कि वो इन कचरों को अपने कपडे वाले बैग में रख लेती है और घर आके उन्हें अलग-अलग करती है। गीले कचरे का इस्तेमाल कम्पोस्टिंग में हो जाता है वही सूखे कचरे को रीसायकल कर लेती है। और जिस कचरे को वो रीसायकल नही कर पाती है उसे अलग रखती है जब ये अधिक मात्रा में जमा हो जाता है तब वो इन कचरों को कचरे रेसीयकलर्स को दे देती है।

केमिकल वाले चीज़ो का किया त्याग-

ज्योत्सना ने प्लास्टिक की चीज़ो के बाद अपने घर पर केमिकल वाले चीज़ो के इस्तेमाल को रोकने की सोची। उनका कहना हैं को अपने घर के फर्श को साफ करने के लिए हम जिन क्लीनिंग एजेंट्स इस्तेमाल करते है उनमें बहुत सारे केमिकल होते है, इसलिए उन्होंने पर्यावरण के अनुकूल विकल्प तलाशे और निम्बू, संतरे और किंनु जैसे फलो के छिलके फेकने के बजाए इनसे ” बायोएंजाइम” बनाने लगी और इसका इस्तेमाल वो मल्टी-पर्पस क्लीनर की तरह करने लगी।

आगे उनका कहना है कि इस बायोएंजाइम में रीठा मिलाकर वो कपड़े और बाल धोने के लिए इसे इस्तेमाल करती है। उनका कहना है की जब आप पर्यावरण के अनुकूल बर्तन और कपडे धोने के पानी इस्तेमाल करते है तो इस बचे हुए पानी को आप फूलो में डाल भी सकते है, क्योंकि इसमी कोई भी केमिकल का उपयोग नही किया गया है। उन्होंने बास से खुद के लिए टूथब्रश बनाया है और उसीका इस्तेमाल वो करती है। वो अपने लिए साबुन भी खुद ही बनाती ही। अपने चेहरे के देखभाल के लिए वो नारियल का खुबानी तेल उपयोग करती है मॉस्चराइजर के लिए, शम्पू के लिए उन्होंने रीठा, आँवला और शिकाकाई का पाउडर बनाया है।

पर्यावरण को स्वच्छ रखना हमारी जिमेदारी-

उनका कहना है की उनके घर मे दो डस्टबिन है एक मे वो वैसा कचरा रखती है जिसे हम कम्पोस्ट करके खाद बना सकते है, जिसका इस्तेमाल वो अपने गार्डेनिग के लिए करती है और दूसरा सूखा कचरा भरने के बाद वो अलग-अलग कर लेती है इलेक्ट्रॉनिक कचरे को वो कचरे रेसीयकलर्स दे देती है, बाकी वो खुद का रीसायकल कर लेती है और इससे इको ब्रिक बनाती है, इको ब्रिक का इस्तेमाल आप फर्नीचर बनाने के लिए कर सकते है।

उनका कहना है कि इको फ्रेंडली जीवन का मतलब सिर्फ ये नही है को आप इको फ्रेंडली चीज़े ही खरीदे, बल्कि बदलाव तब आएगा जब आप ऐसी चीज़ें बार बार इस्तेमाल करके इसको अपनी आदत बना लेंगें। ताकि हमारा पर्यावरण स्वच्छ रहे, पर्यावरण से प्रेम की वजह से ही ज्योत्स्ना ने “परमाकल्चर डिजाइन” और ” मियावकी फारेस्ट” का भी कोर्स किया है। ज्योत्सना परमाकल्चर डिजाइन पर काम करने वालो संस्था में स्वयंसेविका के रूप में काम कर रही है।

 

ज्योत्सना के जीवनशैली का असर उनके पूरे परिवार पर देखने को मिलता है उनके परिवार वाले भी उन्ही की तरह जीवन बिता रहे है, अब उनका उद्देश्य उर्जा और पानी के मामले में आत्मनिर्भर बनने का है। ज्योत्सना कहती है कि हमारे देश मे प्लास्टिक का इस्तेमाल बंद होने वाला तो है नही इसलिए हमारे घर पर जो प्लास्टिक आता है उसका सही इस्तेमाल करके हम अपनी पर्यावरण की मदद कर सकते है। अगर आपको ज्योत्सना की कहानी से कुछ प्रेरणा मिली तो आप उन्हें इंस्टाग्राम पर फॉलो कर सकते है।
