हम कितना भी अच्छा खाना क्यों न बना ले अगर उपर से उसमे धनिया नही डालते है तो स्वाद अधूरा-अधूरा सा लगता है, थोड़ी सी धनिया से हमारे खाने का स्वाद बढ़ जाता है, धनिया ऐसी सामग्री है कि आपको सब के किचन में हमेशा मिलेगी, परन्तु आज कल दिक्कत ये है की बाजार में वैसी फ्रेश धनिया मिलती ही नही है जिससे कि खाने का स्वाद बढ़े, तो इस समस्या का क्या हल है।

तो इस समस्या का हम समाधान करेंगे और आपको बताएंगे कि घर पर आसानी से धनिया कैसे उगाए और इसका लुत्फ उठाए।

 

कैसे गमले का उपयोग करें-

आपको इस बात का ध्यान रखना होगा कि आपको धनिया उगाने के लिए बहुत बडे गमले की आवश्यकता नही है, परन्तु इस बात का भी ध्यान रखे कि गमला 6 इंच गहरा हो। आप चाहे तो अपने घर के क्यारी में या कंटेनर में भी धनिया उपजा सकते है।

कैसे लगाए धनिया के बीज?

 

धनिया के बीज लगाने के लिए आपको अधिक सोचने की जरूरत नही है, आप धनिया उगाने के लिए अपने घर मे रखे सूखे बीज का इस्तेमाल कर सकते है। परन्तु आप इस बात का ध्यान रखे कि सूखे बीज को आपको दो भागों में तोड़ लेना है उसके बाद गमले के मिट्टी में इसे डाल दे।

कैसे खाद का उपयोग करें-

इस बात का खास ध्यान रखना होगा आपको की धनिया की एक बीज दूसरी बीज से थोड़ी दूरी पर लगी हों ताकि धनिया अच्छे से विकसित हो पाए, गमले में बीज डालने के बाद आपको इसे एक मिट्टी की परत से ढक देना है और इसके बाद हल्की फुहार से इसके ऊपर पानी दे।

अगर आप चाहते है कि आपका धनिया का विकास अच्छे से हो तो आपको इस बात का ध्यान रखना होगा कि, आप गोबर का खाद ( Compost) या जैविक खाद ( Organic Fertilizer) का इस्तेमाल करे। इसके साथ ही गमले के मिट्टी को नम रखें परन्तु ना बहुत ज्यादा इसमें धूप लगने दे और ना ही अधिक पानी दे। इसे कम प्रकाश की जरूरत होती है इसलिए इसे कम धूप वाली जगह पर रखें।

फंगल से कैसे बचाए-

धनिया उगने के बाद आपको इसके पत्तों का और अधिक ध्यान रखना है, धनिया के पत्तो को किट, फंगल या किसी भी संक्रमण से बचाने के लिए इसपर दवा का छिड़काव समय-समय पर करते रहे। इसके साथ ही अगर आपको धनिया के कुछ पत्ते खराब दिख रहे है तो इस तोड़ कर अलग हटा दी ताकि बाकी की पत्तियां ख़राब ना हो।
