हमारे समाज में ऐसी अवधारणा बनी हुई है कि खेती तथा बिज़नेस की अपेक्षा नौकरी में अच्छी-खासी कमाई है। इसके बावजूद भी कई ऐसे लोगों ने समाज की इस सोच को गलत साबित करने का काम किया है। आज हम बात करेंगे एक ऐसे शख्स के बारे में, जो खेती के लिए सरकारी नौकरी भी छोड़ दिए हैंं तथा आज के समय में खेती के बदौलत लाखों की कमाई भी कर रहे हैं।

तो आइए जानते हैं उस शख्स से जुड़ी सभी जानकारियां :-

कौन है वह शख्स?

हम बात कर रहे हैं कमलेश डोबरिया (Kamlesh Dobria) की, जो मूल रूप से गुजरात (Gujarat) के झालावाड़ जिले के रहने वाले हैं। वह एक किसान परिवार से ताल्लुक रखते हैं, लेकिन इसके बावजूद भी उन्हें खेती में कभी दिलचस्पी नहीं थी। शुरु से हीं वे पढ़ाई-लिखाई में काफी तेजतर्रार थे। शुरुआती पढ़ाई करने के बाद उन्होंने इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स से मास्टर्स की डिग्री हासिल की है।

सरकारी नौकरी छोड़कर शुरु की खेती

शुरुआती पढाई के बाद कमलेश (Kamlesh Dobria) ने इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स से मास्टर्स की हासिल की। उसके कुछ समय बाद उनकी गवर्नमेंट जॉब लग गई। उन्होंने सन 1991 में जूनियर टेलीकॉम ऑफिसर के रूप में अपनी नौकरी की शुरूआत किया। ऐसे तो उन्हें खेती में पहले से रुचि नहीं थी, लेकिन इसके बावजूद भी वह जब गांव आते थे तो किसानों से खेती के बारे में जानकारियाँ लेते थे। फिर कुछ समय बाद धीरे-धीरे उन्हें खेती में रुचि होने लगी, जिसके बाद उन्होंने सरकारी नौकरी छोड़ कर खेती करने का मन बनाया।

20 बीघा जमीन खरीदकर, शुरू की खेती

सन 1998 में उन्होंने (Kamlesh Dobria) अपने दोस्तों और रिश्तेदारों से पैसे लेकर लगभग 20 बीघा जमीन खरीदी। इसके बाद उन्होंने कपास, अरंडी जैसी पारंपरिक फसलें उगाकर अपनी खेती की शुरुआत की लेकिन कुछ सालों तक उन्हें खेती से थोड़ी भी फायदा नहीं हुई। इसके बाद उन्होंने वर्ष 2012 में ऑर्गेनिक खेती करने का प्लान किया और ऑर्गेनिक खेती के दौरान उन्हे पहले से ज्यादा फायदा दिखने लगा।

शुरु किया अनार की खेती

ऑर्गेनिक खेती में फायदा देख किसान कमलेश डोबरिया (Kamlesh Dobria) ने साल 2018 में अनार की बागवानी करने का फैसला लिया। पहली बार में कमलेश ने अनार के 2 हजार प्लांट लगाए। पहले साल 1900 और फिर 700 प्लांट लगाए, इसके बाद पिछले साल उनके प्लांट तैयार हो गए और फल निकलने लगे। कमलेश ने इसकी मार्केटिंग शुरू की तथा इसे पहले लोकल मंडियों में सप्लाई किया।

अच्छी है कमाई

कम लागत और कम वक्त में अगर ज्यादा कमाई करनी हो तो अनार की बागवानी सबसे बेहतर विकल्प है। किसान कमलेश अनार के साथ अमरूद, कागजी नींबू और आंवले की भी बागवानी कर रहे हैं। उन्हें इससे अच्छी आमदनी हो जाती है, इसके अलावे बड़े लेवल पर वे ऑर्गेनिक फार्मिंग भी करते हैं। पिछले साल सिर्फ अनार की खेती से उन्हें 16 लाख रुपए का मुनाफा हुआ है।

अपने मेहनत और संघर्ष के बदौलत कृषी के क्षेत्र में सफलता हासिल करने वाले किसान कमलेश (Kamlesh Dobria) ने यह साबित कर दिया कि संघर्ष कभी खाली नहीं जाता है। वह अच्छी-खासी कमाई करके आमजन को यह संदेश देने का काम कर रहें हैं कि अच्छे ढंग से खेती करके भी मुनाफा हासिल की जा सकती है।
