कहाँ से हुई”माँ अन्नपूर्णा रसोईघर”की शरुआत:-

राजस्थान में एक शहर है श्रीगंगानगर जहाँ 11 दोस्तो ने मिलकर एक रसोई बनाई।जहाँ रोज 1000 लोग खाते हैं मात्र 10 रुपये में।और इसका नाम रखा”माँ अन्नपूर्णा रसोईघर”।

अलग-अलग पेशे के व्यक्तियों ने मिलकर किया शुरुआत:-

“माँ अन्नपूर्णा रसोईघर”भिन्न-भिन्न व्यक्तियों की सहायता से बना हैं।सारे व्यक्तियों के पेशे अलग हैं।जैसे महेश गोयल सरकारी अस्पताल के कंपाउंडर हैं रामावतार लीला जो एक दाल मिल के मालिक हैं राजकुमार सरावगी मुनीम हैं राजेन्द्र अग्रवाल का कपड़ा का व्यवसाय हैं अनिल सरावगी जो साड़ी विक्रेता हैं राहुल छाबड़ा,पवन सिंगल जो कपड़ा व्यवसायी हैं विनोद वर्मा जो कि पेशे से फोटोग्राफर हैं भूप सहारन जो कि व्यवसायी हैं दीपक बंसल जो कि बिजलीं विभाग में कर्मचारी हैं तथा संभु सिंगल जो कि एक चाय विक्रेता हैं
इन सब लोगों की सहायता से ये रसोई चलती हैं

समाज के लिए कुछ करने की चाह ने मिलाया सबको:-

इन सारे व्यक्तियों के पेशे भले ही अलग है परंतु इन सबकी सोच मिलती हैं।ये सब लोग किसी न किसी रूप में समाज की सेवा करना चाहते हैं। श्रीगंगानगर में एक संस्था हैं।”जयको लंगर सेवा समिति” इस संस्था का गठन 35 साल पहले हुआ था।जो श्रद्धालु सालासर धाम जाते थे उनके लिए लंगर का आयोजन किया जाता था।बाद में इस संस्था ने शहर के धार्मिक कार्यो में भी योगदान देना शुरू कर दिया।लंगर आयोजनों के कारण इस संस्था के बारे में कोई जानता नही था परंतु इस संस्था को 2012 में पहचान मिली।क्योंकि इस संस्था के देखरेख में भी जिला राजकीय चिकित्सालय में 17 अक्टूबर 2012 को “माँ अन्नपूर्णा रसोईघर “की शुरुआत हुई।

सबसे अलग हैं ये रसोईघर:-

इस रसोईघर का उद्देश्य बहुत ही अलग हैं। क्योंकि श्रीगंगानगर जिला अस्पताल में बहुत से लोग इलाज करवाने आते हैं।इनमें से बहुत से लोग बहुत ही गरीब होते हैं।और उनके पास खाने के भी पैसे नही होते हैं।इन 11 दोस्तो ने इन गरीबो के दर्द को कम करने के उद्देश्य से माँ अन्नपूर्णा रसोईघर की शुरूआत करने की सोची।परन्तु सबसे बड़ी समस्या थी पैसे कहाँ से आएंगे।परन्तु कहते है न कि अच्छे काम मे भगवान भी आपकी मदद करते हैं।

बहुत सारे लोग आए मदद के लिए आगे:-

जयको लंगर सेवा समिति के संस्थापक रामवतार लीला बताते है कि उनलोगों शहर के लोगो से सहायता मांगी।और बहुत से लोग राजी हो गए ।कोई 50 रुपये तो कोई 3000 महीना देने को राजी हो गए।8 साल से लगातार ये रसोईघर प्रतिदिन 1000 लोगो को सुद्ध खाना खिला के पुण्य का काम कर रहा हैं।

अलग-अलग तरह से करते हैं मदद:-

शहर के हज़ारो लोग इस रसोईघर की मदद करते हैं। अपने अपने सुविधा के हिसाब से कोई पैसे से तो कोई राशन का सामान देके।मददगार दिन प्रतिदिन बढ़ते ही जा रहे हैं।अभी के समय मे 500 से अधिक लोग 200 से लेकर 5000 तक का योगदान करए है महीने के इस रसोईघर में।

क्या-क्या बनाता है इस रसोईघर में:-

इस रसोईघर में सबसे पहले चाय बनता है जिसका मूल्य मात्र 3 रुपये हैं।तथा 5 रुपये में आपको एक गिलास दूध मिल जाएगा।ये सुविधा आपको सुबह से शाम तक मिलती हैं।साथ ही साथ मरीजों के परिजनों के लिए 10 रुपए में आपको दाल,रोटी,सब्जी मिल जाएगी।तथा बुजुर्गों के लिए खाना,दूध और चाय मुफ्त है इस रसोईघर में।

साफ-सफाई का रखते है ध्यान:-

इस रसोईघर में स्वछता पर बहुत ध्यान दिया जाता हैं। खाने बनाने से ले कर परोसने तक और लोगो के बैठने तक।लोगो को तकलीफ न हो इसलिए इस रसोई के कर्मचारी सुबह शाम अस्पताल कर अलग-अलग वार्डो में पर्ची बाट देते हैं। इन्ही कुपन के आधार पर खाने की पर्ची दी जाती हैं।

अपनी सुविधा के हिसाब से लोग वहां बैठ कर खा सकते है या पैक भी करा कर ले जा सकते हैं।सुबह 11 से 2 बजे तक तथा शाम 7 से 9 बजे को आप रसोईघर के सुविधाओं को आप देख सकते हैं।

महेश गोयल जो जयको लंगर सेवा समिति के अध्यक्ष हैं उनका कहना है कि 8 साल पहले जब उन्होंने ये रसोईघर की शुरुआत की थी तब बहुत कम लोग आते थे परंतु धीरे धीरे मरीजो के परिजनों की तादाद बढ़ने लगी।आज 1000 से अधिक व्यक्ति इस रसोईघर में भोजन करते हैं।साथ ही साथ रोजाना 3000 से अधिक कप चाय बनती यहाँ।परन्तु आज तक हमे कभी आर्थिक तंगी का सामना नही करना पड़ा।

शहरवासियों से मिलता है सहयोग:-

इस रसोईघर में लगभग हर साल 1 करोड़ का योगदान मिलता है शहरवासियों से पैसे और राशन के रूप में।भगवान की दया से इस रसोईघर में किसी चीज़ की कमी नही आई है आजतक।साथ ही साथ ऐसे लोग भी बढ़ते जा रहे हैं जो अपने परिवारवालों के जन्मदिन या सलगिरा ,पुण्यतिथि पर यहाँ सबको भोजन करने आते हैं।

रामावतार पारीक का कहना है ही महीने में 15 दिन ऐसे लोग आते है जो अपने जन्मदिन पर गरीब लोगों को खाना खिलाना पसंद करते है हम उनसे 5100 रुपये लेते हैं।और जिस दिन ऐसा आयोजन होता हैं उस दिन हम मुफ्त में खाना खिलाते हैं 10 रुपये भी नही लेते हैं।

धीरे-धीरे बढ़ते जा रहा है रसोईघर का कार्य:-

11 दोस्तों ने मिलकर श्रीगंगानगर के बाद रायसिंहनगर और रावतसर जैसे इलाको में भी ऐसे रसोईघर शुरू किए हैं।जहाँ रोजाना 400 से अधिक लोग भोजन करते हैं।श्रीगंगानगर में राज्य सरकार मेडिकल कॉलेज बनाने की तैयारी में हैं।तो हम वहाँ भी ये सेवा शुरू करने की सोच रहे हैं।

इसी साल चुनागढ़ में कोठी में साढ़े अठारह बीघा जमीन में गोशाल शुरू किया गया हैं।125 पशु है अभी इस गोशाल में।

लॉकडाउन में भी नही रुका काम:-

रामवतार लीला बताते है कि लॉक डाउन में मरीजी बहुत कम आते थे फिर भी हमने रसोईघर का काम बंद नही किया।हम रसोई में खाना बना कर गली मोहल्लों के जरूरतमंदों तक पहुँचाते थे।200 पैकेट से हमने खाना बाटना शुरू किया था और 5000 पैकेट तक बाटे।हमने इस लॉक डाउन में करीब 5 लाख लोगों को खाना खिलाया हैं।
