जी हां, यदि आपको खुद पर पूर्ण विश्वास है तो इस दुनिया का ऐसा कोई कार्य नहीं है जो आप कर नहीं सकते। आज हीं एक ऐसी हीं महिला से आपको रूबरू कराने वालें हैं, जिन्होंने अपने पति की नौकरी छूट जाने के बाद खुद में विश्वास जगाकर बागवानी को हीं रोजगार का रूप दे डाला और आज वे अपने मेहनत और लगन के बदौलत लाखों की कमाई कर रही हैं।
कौन हैं वह महिला?
हम मंजू हरि (Manju Hari) की बात कर रहे हैं, जो केरल (Kerala) के पठानमथिट्टा की रहने वाली हैं। उनके पति लकड़ी मील में काम किया करते थे लेकिन कोरोना के कारण देश में लगे लॉकडाउन के दौरान उनके पति की नौकरी चली गई। जिसके बाद परिवार को चलाना मुश्किल हो गया, तब मंजू ने अपने परिवार की जिम्मेदारियों को उठाने के लिए खुद पर विश्वास रख फूलों की गार्डेनिंग का काम करना शुरू किया। आज हर महीने औसतन 10 हजार रुपए कमाती हैं।
मंजू (Manju Hari) ने बताया कि, “लॉकडाउन के पहले हीं मैने अपने तिरुवनंतपुरम के एक दोस्त के पास से मॉस गुलाब के कुछ बीज लिए थे। इनकी नौकरी जाने के बाद मैंने उन बीजों को लगाया और 10 दिन के अंदर पौधा तैयार हो गया। धीरे-धीरे मैने Artificial Pollination के तहत कई किस्म के फूलों को उगाना शुरू किया और आज हमारे नर्सरी में सिंड्रेला, जंबो और टेबल रोज जैसी मॉस गुलाब की सौ से अधिक प्रजातियाँ हैं। इन फूलों को बेचकर मेरी इतनी कमाई हो जाती है कि अपने परिवार को अच्छी जिंदगी दे सकूं।”
कैसे करती हैं फूलों की बागवानी?
बता दें कि, मंजू (Manju Hari) पौधे के ऊपरी भाग से करीब 10 सेमी की दूरी पर कटिंग करती हैं और फिर इस कटिंग को एक जार में पानी भर कर लगा देती हैं। जिसके बाद एक दिन के अंदर इसमें जड़ें उग आती हैं। फिर इसे ट्रे में लगाया जा सकता है। इसके फूल नारंगी, पीले, क्रीम व्हाइट और लाल जैसे कई रंगों में होते हैं।
बता दें कि, मंजू (Manju Hari) अपने गार्डेन में मॉस गुलाब (Moss Rose) की बागवानी करती हैं। इस गुलाब की महक और खूबसूरती ने उनके पड़ोसियों और रिश्तेदारों को आकर्षित किया है, और उन्होंने इसे खरीदना शुरू कर दिया है।
मंजू (Manju Hari) मॉस गुलाब के बारे में बात करते हुए बताती हैं कि, “मॉस गुलाब भी कई तरीके के होते हैं, जिसे बीज और कटिंग, दोनों तरीके से तैयार किया जा सकता है। मैं अपने पौधों को कटिंग से तैयार करती हूँ। क्योंकि, यह आसान है।
इसके अलावा मैं अगर मॉस गुलाब की लंबाई के बारे में बात करूं तो, इसका पौधा केवल 8 इंच तक बढ़ता है, और 2 फीट तक फैलता है। इस कारण इसे ज्यादा जगह की जरुरत नहीं होती है। इस गुलाब को बड़े आसानी से छोटे गमले, कटोरे या खुले क्षेत्रों में भी लगाया जा सकता है।
वे (Manju Hari) आगे बताती हैं कि, अगर इस फूल की खासियत की बात करें तो, यह सुबह 10 बजे खिलता है, जिस वजह से स्थानीय मलयाली भाषा में, इसे पथुमानी पूवु के नाम से जाना जाता है। जिसका अर्थ है – 10 बजे का फूल।”
फूलों की कीमत पूछने पर मंजू बताती हैं कि, “मैं शुरू से हीं इन फूलों को 5 रुपए में बेच रही हूँ। मैने कभी इनकी कीमत को बढ़ाने के बारे में सोचा भी नहीं है, क्योंकि जितना मैं फूलों से कमा लेती हूं, वो मेरे उम्मीद से कहीं ज्यादा है।”
कैसे रखें इन फूलों का ध्यान?
मंजू (Manju Hari) बताती हैं कि, “मैं अपने बगीचे के फूलों के पौधे को लगाने के लिए इसके मिट्टी में गाय के गोबर और नारियल की भूसी का इस्तेमाल करती हूं तथा इन पौधों की सिंचाई दिन में दो बार करनी पड़ती हैं। लेकिन अगर मॉस गुलाब की बात करें तो, इन्हे ज्यादा पानी की जरूरत नहीं पड़ती इसलिए इनमे मैं दिन में एक बार ही पानी देती हूँ।”
उन्होंने (Manju Hari) आगे बताया कि, यदि बगीचे में किसी पौधा में एक बार फंगस लग जाते तो यह तुरंत दूसरे पौधों में भी फैल जाएगा। इसलिए उस पौधा को तुरंत बगीचे से हटा देना चाहिए तथा इसके रोकथाम के लिए नीम ऑयल या नीम के पत्तों का इस्तेमाल किया जा सकता है।
वे (Manju Hari) अपने ग्राहकों को पौधा बेचने से पहले पौधों के रख -रखाव से संबंधित सभी जानकारियां देती हैं तथा उन्हें सलाह देती हैं कि अगर बगीचे के किसी पौधा में फंगस लग जाए तो घबराएं नहीं क्योंकि यह स्वाभाविक है।
