मैक्सिको में मिली डायनासोर की नई नस्ल-
मैक्सिको के नेशनल इंस्टिट्यूट ऑफ एंथ्रोपोलॉजी एंड हिस्ट्री की जीवाश्म वैज्ञानिकों ने इसे खोजा है। करीब साढ़े तीन करोड़ वर्ष पुराने इस अवशेष पर रिसर्च करने के बाद इन वैज्ञानिकों का कहना है कि, ये डायनासोर की नई नस्ल है जो वेजेटेरियन और बातूनी रही होगी।
अपने हालातो को वजह से ही डायनासोर के अवषेश वहा पर सुरक्षित रहें, इस नई नस्ल का नाम वैज्ञानिकों ने ” टीलैटोलोफस गैंलोरम” रखा है। इसके सिर पर रंगीन कलगी लगी है, जिसका पता शोधकर्ताओं तो तब चला जब उन्होंने डायनासोर की खोपड़ी के 80 प्रतिसत हिस्से को खोजा।
पहले भी मिली थी मैक्सिको में पूछ-
साल 2013 में भी मैक्सिको के उत्तरी राज्य कौवाउइला के सेपेडा इलाके में इसी डायनासोर की पूंछ मिली थी, आगे की रिसर्च में इसकी खोपड़ी लगीं कलगी, जांघ और कंधे की हड्डि आदि खोजी गयी है। INAH के मुताबिक मैक्सिको में मिला ये डायनासोर जीवाश्म के इतिहास की खोज की अदभुत खोज है।
