मां और बेटी के रिश्ते के बारे में तो पूरी दुनिया जानती है और यह जोड़ी सबसे खूबसूरत भी दिखती है। आज हम आपको एक ऐसी ही मां बेटी की जोड़ी के बारे में बताने जा रहे हैं जो जैविक उत्पादों को प्रोसेसिंग कर नजदीकी बाजार तक पहुंचाती है। इन्होंने खुद को आत्मनिर्भर बनाया और खुद का बिजनेस मॉडल भी तैयार किया।
कौन है यह मां बेटी की जोड़ी
हम बात कर रहे हैं उत्तराखंड के पौड़ी गढ़वाल में निवास करने वाली दिव्या का। जो अपनी मां इंदिरा के साथ मिलकर पिछले 4 सालों से हिमालयन हॉट नामक एक बिजनेस चला रही है। यह न केवल उनको एक पहचान दिलाया बल्कि बहुत-सी महिलाओं को रोजगार भी दिया गया है।
अलग अलग तरीके के प्रोडक्ट बनाती हैं
की सभी मिलकर हिमालयन हाट के जरिए वहां के खेतों में होने वाले सब्जी फल ड्राई फ्रूट आदि को प्रोसेस करके तरह-तरह के प्रोडक्ट्स बनाती हैं। यही नहीं उनके प्रोडक्ट्स गढ़वाल से निकलकर आसपास के शहरों और कहे तो और भी राजू तक जाते हैं।
2015 में की गई थी हिमालयन हार्ट की शुरुआत
सन 2015 में हिमालयन हार्ट की शुरुआत की गई थी। सबसे पहले तो यह नाशपाती के ड्रिंक्स को बनाती थी लेकिन आज की बात करें तो वह अलग अलग की लगभग 30 प्रोडक्ट्स बना रही हैं। यह बहुत ही काबिलियत वाली बात है कि कोई आत्मनिर्भर होकर और दूसरों को रोजगार देते हुए एक अच्छी जिंदगी जी रहा है।
13 एकड़ जमीन का किया प्रयोग
दिव्या बताती हैं कि उनके पास 13 एकड़ की जमीन थी जिस पर जंगली पद्धति से खेती की जा रही थी। वहां अगर अब जाएंगे तो आपको अलग अलग तरीके के पेड़ पौधे मिलेंगे जिसे उनके पिताजी ने लगवाया था। उनके पिता भी एक जैविक किसान ही थे और उनकी मां एक स्कूल टीचर थी। पिता तो उनके नहीं रहे लेकिन मां रिटायरमेंट के बाद अपने पति का सपना पूरा करना चाहती थी और आज कर भी रही है।
पिता के अधूरे सपने को पूरा करने के लिए लौट आई पहाड़ों में
दरअसल दिव्या ज्यादातर पहाड़ों के बाहरी पढ़ाई करती आ रही थी। उन्होंने अपनी पढ़ाई दिल्ली से पूरी की और फिर पीआर फर्म के साथ काम करने लगी थी। साल 2014 में जब उनके पिता की मृत्यु हो गई तो उस वक्त उनकी मां अकेले पड़ गई थी। जो कि उनकी मां रिटायर हो चुकी थी और दिव्या दिल्ली में ही नौकरी कर रही थी पूर्णविराम अब परेशानी यह थी कि वह अपने मां को कैसे संभालें और कहां रखे।
दिव्या हमेशा चाहती थी कि उनकी मां उनके पास दिल्ली आ कर रहे हैं लेकिन मां-बाप को उनकी जगह को छोड़कर कहीं और ले जाना बहुत मुश्किल काम होता है। जब दिव्या कुछ दिन तक अपनी मां के साथ रहकर अपने पिता के सपनों को नजदीक से जाना तो उन्हें लगा कि अब यही कुछ अच्छा करना पड़ेगा।
फिर उठाया आगे बढ़ने का कदम
अब दिव्या का एक ही सपना था कि वह अपने पापा के सपनों को आगे बढ़ाएं और उनके खेत को और उनकी खेती के पद्धति को शिखर तक मचाए। सबसे पहले उन्होंने उन लोगों को साथ में जोड़ा जो उनके पिता के साथ काम किया करते थे। उसके बाद वहीं रहकर सब कुछ सीखने लगी और प्रोजेक्ट तैयार करने लगी।
जैसे-जैसे आगे बढ़ी वैसे-वैसे दिलचस्पी भी बढ़ती गई
जब दिव्या ने खेती को चुना तो धीरे-धीरे उससे लगाओ भी शुरू हो गया। उन्होंने सोचा कि प्रकृति के नजदीक रहने से ज्यादा या फिर जैविक चीजों को उगाने से ज्यादा और क्या अच्छा हो सकता है। उन्होंने अपने फॉर्म में नींबू ,संतरा आलू ,रोजमेरी लेमनग्रास, तेजपत्ता और कई सारे मौसमी सब्जियां जैसे कि टमाटर मिर्च या फिर लहसुन उग आती है साथ ही वह अखरोट अंजीर जैसे पेड़ भी लगा चुकी है।
हिमालयन हाट की विशेषता
हिमालयन हॉट में एकजुटता है। सबसे बड़ी बात यह है कि दिव्या या फिर उनकी मां स्थानीय किसानों को सम्मान देती हैं उनसे मार्गदर्शन लेती हैं। यहां मौसम के हिसाब से जो कुछ मिलता है उससे इकट्ठा कर कर अच्छी चीज तैयार की जाती है। बाहर होने के कारण यहां ट्रांसपोर्ट की सुविधा तो नहीं है जिससे बाजार तक बिल्कुल ताजा प्रोडक्ट पहुंचाई जा सके लेकिन इनकी कोशिश पूरी रहती है।
बात अगर दिल्ली की करें तो गाड़ी से गए सामान दिल्ली तक पहुंचाया जाए तो पूरे 8 घंटे का समय लग जाता है। इसलिए वह प्रोसेसिंग चीजों को पहुंचाती हैं जिसकी जिम्मेदारी पूरी इंदिरा पर होती है पूर्णविराम इंदिरा के साथ 25 से 30 महिलाएं काम करती हैं। यहां पर सबसे पहले सब्जियों को या फलों को अच्छे से धो कर काटा जाता है। इसके बाद इंद्रा एक एक कर कर प्रोडक्ट बनाती हैं।
अचार या कूलर ड्रिंक जैसे बहुत सारी चीजें बनाई जाती है
यहां पर कूलर ड्रिंक या अचार जैसी चीज भी बनाई जाती हैं। स्ट्रौबरी की बात करें तो इससे जाम तैयार किया जाता है या फिर इससे भी ड्रिंक बनाया जाता है मिर्च की बात करें तो इससे स्वीट चिल्ली सॉस बनाते हैं। वहीं टमाटर लहसुन तुलसी आदि को मिलाकर पास्ता सॉस भी तैयार किया जाता है।
अपने घर में भी यह इन्हीं सब प्रोडक्ट्स का इस्तेमाल करती हैं। सामान तैयार होने के बाद सबसे पहले उनका टेस्ट किया जाता है कि कहीं उसमें कोई परेशानी तो नहीं है और फिर उसे एक कांच के बोतल में पैक कर दिया जाता है।
पहाड़ों में होती है थोड़ी परेशानी
पहाड़ों की बात करें तो जगह-जगह तक पहुंचाने में थोड़ी सी परेशानी होती है इसलिए दिव्या ने दिल्ली में एक किराए पर एक सेंटर बनाया है जहां से वह अपने प्राकृतिक या फिर अपने प्रोडक्ट्स को सेल करती हैं। यहां से लगभग 40 रिटेलर्स के पास इनके प्रोडक्ट्स जाते हैं जो ग्राहक से सीधा संबंध रखते हैं।
प्रोडक्ट्स की कीमत होती है डेढ़ सौ से लेकर ₹500 तक
अगर हम इसके कीमत के बारे में बात करें तो प्रोडक्ट्स की कीमत डेढ़ सॉ से शुरू होती है जो कि 400 या 500 तक जाती है। अलग-अलग चीजों के अलग-अलग प्राइस होते हैं। इनकी सॉस बहुत ही ज्यादा लोकप्रिय हैं जिसकी कीमत आपको ₹300 पड़ती है।
महिलाओं के लिए जाती है ज्यादा से ज्यादा काम करना
दिव्या और उनकी मां का कहना है कि वह हर एक इंसान के लिए तो बहुत कुछ नहीं कर सकती लेकिन स्थानीय महिलाओं को वह रोजगार तो नहीं सकती हैं। वह चाहती है कि अपने प्रोसेसिंग बिजनेस को इतना फैला है कि वहां की महिलाओं को कहीं और ना जाना पड़े और वह खुद आत्मनिर्भर बन जाए। हिमालयन हार्ट का बढ़ना मतलब वहां की महिलाओं का बढ़ना।
अगर बात की जाए प्रोडक्ट्स की रेसिपी या फिर फल सब्जियों की प्रोसेसिंग की तो इन सभी को इंदिरा ही संभालती हैं। वैसे तो उनकी उम्र 70 वर्ष हो चुकी है लेकिन महिलाओं को बताने का या फिर उन्हें ट्रेनिंग देने का काम वह बखूबी निभाती है।
बहुत ही छोटे स्तर से शुरू किया था सारा काम
बात अगर रेवेन्यू को की जाए तो काम को शुरू करने में ज्यादा परेशानी नहीं हुई थी या फिर कहे दो कि यह बहुत छोटे स्तर पर शुरू किया गया था। इनके पास ना ही ज्यादा साधन थे नहीं उनके पास कोई यूनिट थी पूर्णविराम अभी तो इनके पास अच्छी खासी तीन हो चुकी है जो घर से ही काम करती है। इन्होंने कहीं से लोन के लिए भी अप्लाई नहीं किया क्योंकि बाद में छुपाना मुश्किल हो जाता। इन्होंने धीरे-धीरे कमाया और उसी को इन्वेस्ट करके आज इस काम को आगे बढ़ाया है।
