नवरात्रि हिन्दू धर्म के लोगों द्वारा मनाया जाने वाला एक बड़ा त्यौहार है। यह त्यौहार असत्य पर सत्य की जीत का प्रतीक माना जाता है। नवरात्रि 9 दिनों का त्यौहार है, जिसमें देवी दुर्गा के अलग-अलग रूप की पूजा-अर्चना की जाती। इस बार शारदीय नवरात्र का आरंभ पितृपक्ष के दूसरे दिन यानी 7 अक्टूबर, गुरूवार से हो रहा है। उसी दिन पूजन और कलश स्थापना की जाएगी।
हर पूजन सामाग्री का है अपना अलग महत्त्व है
पितृपक्ष के बाद सर्वपितृ अमावस्या के दिन से ही नवरात्रि पूजन की तैयारी आरंभ कर दी जाती है। पूजन के लिए सभी सामग्रियां जुटाना शुरू कर दिया जाता है, ताकि नवरात्रि के पूरे 9 दिनों में माता के पूजन अच्छी तरह हो सके। नवरात्रि में इस्तमाल होने वाला हर पूजन सामग्री का अपना अलग महत्त्व और मान्यता है। कहा जाता है कि अगर पूजन सामग्री पूर्ण न हो तो व्रत और पूजन भी अधूरा रह जाता है।- navratri puja process

आज हम विश्व के प्रसिद्ध ज्योतिर्विद पं रमेश भोजराज द्विवेदी जी (Pt. Ramesh Bhojraj Dwivedi ji) द्वारा बताए गए नवरात्रि पूजन की सभी जरूरी सामग्रियों के बारे में बताएंगे। इस सामग्रियों लिस्ट के अनुसार यदि आप नवरात्रि पूजन की तैयारी करेंगी तो आपको पूजा में किसी तरह की बाधा नहीं आएगी और पूरे 9 दिन का नवरात्रि का पूजन अच्छी तरह हो जाएगा। – navratri puja process
नवरात्रि पूजन की मुख्य सामग्री
नवरात्रि के पूजा के लिए माता की तस्वीर या मूर्ति, लाल रंग की गोटेदार चुनरी, लाल रेशमी चूड़ियां, सिन्दूर, आम के पत्ते, लाल वस्त्र, लंबी बत्ती के लिए रुई या बत्ती, धूप बत्ती या अगरबत्ती, माचिस, चौकी, चौकी के लिए लाल कपड़ा, नारियल, दुर्गासप्तशती किताब, कलश, साफ चावल, कुमकुम, मौली, श्रृंगार का सामान, दीपक, घी/ तेल, फूल, फूलों की माला, लौंग, कपूर, बताशे,पान, सुपारी, इलायची, फल/मिठाई, कलावा,मेवे, हवन के लिए आम की लकड़ी, जौ, हवन कुंड।
अखंड ज्योति जलाने की सामग्री
अगर आप 9 दिनों तक अखंड ज्योति जलाना चाहते हैं, तो इसके लिए जरूरी है- अखंड ज्योति का दीया। इसके अंदर इस्तेमाल होने वाली बत्ती, पूजा में इस्तेमाल होने वाला घी अथवा तिल का तेल और
माचिस।
कलश स्थापना की सामग्री
कलश स्थापना के लिए पीतल, ताम्बे या मिट्टी का कलश, मिट्टी का पात्र , कलावा, आम के पत्ते, जौ , सिंदूर, नारियल, छोटी लाल चुनरी, जल, दीपक, तिल का तेल या घी, मिट्टी, बालू या रेत। कलश स्थापना के समय सबसे पहले मिट्टी के एक पात्र को जमीन पर थोड़ी सी बालू के उपर डाले और उसपर जौ डाल दे। इस पात्र के बीच में पानी भरकर कलश रखें। कलश के ऊपर आम के 5 या 7 पत्ते रखें और एक छोटी कटोरी ढककर उसके ऊपर चुनरी में नारियल लपेटकर रखें। कलश में कलावा बांधें और कलश पर सिंदूर से स्वस्तिक बनाएं।
माता को चढ़ाई जाने वाली श्रृंगार की सामग्री
इस बात का खास ख्याल रखे की माता को सोलह श्रृंगार चढ़ाया जाता है। श्रृंगार की सामग्रियों में सबसे मुख्य हैं मेहंदी, बिंदी, लाल चूड़ी, सिंदूर, लाल चुनरी, नेल पॉलिश, लिपस्टिक,बिछिया, दर्पण, कंघी, महावर, काजल, चोटी पायल आदि। माता को श्रृंगार का सामान अर्पित करने के लिए सबसे पहले साफ़ चौकी पर लाल या पीला कपड़ा बिछाकर माता की तस्वीर या मूर्ति स्थापित करें। उसके बाद माता को टीका लगाकर श्रृंगार का सामान अर्पित करें। ऐसी मान्यता हैं कि नवरात्रि में माता रानी को श्रृंगार का सामान अर्पित करने से अखंड सौभाग्य का आशीर्वाद मिलता है और सभी मनोकामनाएं पूरी होती है।
जौ बोना बेहद शुभ माना जाता है
पं रमेश भोजराज द्विवेदी जी के अनुसार माता के पूजन में कलश के नीचे रखे पात्र में जौ बोना बेहद शुभ माना जाता है। मान्यता है कि अगर जौ हरे-भरे निकलते हैं तो घर में सुख समृद्धि आती है और यदि वह मुरझाए निकलते हैं, तो यह भविष्य में होने वाले किसी अनिष्ट घटना का संकेत होता है। इसके अलावा पूजन सामग्रियों में मुख्य रूप से बंधनवार होता है, जिसे आप नवरात्रि के आरंभ में अपने मुख्य द्वार पर अथवा घर के मंदिर में सजा सकते हैं।
नवरात्रि पूजन से पहले करे इस तरह का लिस्ट तैयार
कहा जाता है कि नवरात्रि के नौ दिनों में घर में शुद्ध देसी घी का दीपक जलाने से घर से नकारात्मक ऊर्जा दूर होती है और घर में सुख समृद्धि बनी रहती है। अगर आप अखंड ज्योति प्रज्वलित कर रहे हैं, तो इसे आग्नेय कोण में प्रज्वलित करना चाहिए क्योंकि यह शुभ माना जाता है। नवरात्रि पूजन से पहले इस तरह का लिस्ट तैयार करे। यह आपके लिए काफी सुविधाजनक होगा। – navratri puja process
