36 वर्षीय निशी कटोच पमंडल पालमपुर की नैन पंचायत निवासी है। तीन साल पहले निशी मशरूम की यूनिट लगाने के साथ लगभग एक कनाल भूमि में स्ट्रावरी की खेती शुरू की। इसके जरिए ना केवल उन्होंने अच्छी कमाई की बल्कि आधा दर्जन ग्रामीणों को रोजगार भी दिया। आपको बता दे कि निशी एमए बीएड तक शिक्षा ग्रहण कर चुकी है और अब वह मशरूम की खाद का उत्पादन कर जिला के किसानों सहित अन्य जिलों की भी मशरूम बैग की आपूर्ति कर रही हैं।

नौकरी ना करते हुए रोजगार प्रदाता बनने का फैसला

निशी सरकार के तय दामों के अनुसार मशरूम मुहैया करवाती हैं। उन्होंने शादी के बाद नौकरी को महत्व न देते हुए रोजगार प्रदाता बनने को महत्व दी। निशी बताती हैं कि उनके पति मशरूम के प्लांट में काम करते थेे। इसी से उन्होंने देखा कि कैसे काम किया जाता है। साल 2014 में निशी घर वापिस लौटकर कृषि विश्वविद्यालय से मशरूम के 10 बैग खरीद कर शुरूआत की। साथ हीं साल 2018 में मशरूम उत्पादन का प्रशिक्षण भी लिया। – Nishi Katoch is earning lakhs annually by cultivating mushroom and strawberry.

सरकार की एमआईडीएच स्कीम के तहत लोन लेकर शुरू किया काम

प्रशिक्षण लेने के बाद निशी साल 2019 में केंद्र सरकार की एमआईडीएच (एकीकृत बागवानी विकास मिशन) स्कीम के तहत लोन लेकर काम शरू की। निशी के अनुसार सालाना उन्हें 8 लाख तक की कमाई होती है, जिसमे उन्होंने छह लोगों को रोजगार भी दिया है। निशी बताती है कि मशरूम का रोजगार गृहणियों के लिए कमाई का बहुत अच्छा विकल्प है। जो महिलाएं घर पर इस कार्य को करना चाहती है, उनकी मदद के लिए सरकार की ऐसी कई योजनाएं हैं, जिनसे उन्हें काफी लाभ हो सकता है।

स्‍ट्रॉबेरी की खेती से भी हुआ लाभ

निशी बताती है कि उन्होंने स्‍टॉबेरी की भी खेती की है, जिससे उन्हें काफी लाभ हुआ। निशी के पास काम करने वाली पवना देवी और सुरेखा कहती है कि यहां पर उन्हें काम मिला है, जिससे उनकी आर्थिक स्थिति पहले से बेहतर हुई है। बैजनाथ ब्लाक के विषय विशेषज्ञ उद्यान विभाग के डाक्‍टर राजेश शर्मा बताते है कि विभाग द्वारा साल 2018 में निशी कटोच को पांच दिवसीय मशरूम उत्पादन का प्रशिक्षण दिया गया था और साल 2019 में केन्द्र की एमआईडीएच स्कीम के तहत 22 लाख रुपए का प्रोजेक्ट बनाकर दिया था, जिसमे विभाग द्वारा उन्हें आठ लाख रुपये की सब्सिडी भी दी गई है।

महिलाओं के सशक्तीकरण और रोजगार के लिए चलाई जा रही है योजनाएं

राजेश शर्मा (Rajesh Sharma) के अनुसार यूनिट से वार्षिक 25 टन मशरूम का उत्पादन हो रहा है। कमाई के विषय में वह बताते है कि यूनिट का पिछले दो सालों में 25 लाख का टर्नओवर और 6 से 8 लाख रुपये का लाभ हुआ है। उन्होंने कहा है कि केंद्र सरकार की ओर से महिलाओं के सशक्तीकरण और रोजगार के लिए इस तरह की कई योजनाएं चलाई जा रही है। – Nishi Katoch is earning lakhs annually by cultivating mushroom and strawberry.
