हमारे देश में स्त्री को घर की लक्ष्मी का दर्जा दिया जाता है, यानी कि उनमें वह शक्ति है, क्षमता है कि अगर वह चाहे तो घर को स्वर्ग बना दे और चाहे तो नर्क बना दे। आज हम एक ऐसी हीं महिला की बात करने वाले हैं, जिन्होंने अपने परिवार को चलाने के साथ हीं अपने घर के गार्डेन को इस प्रकार सजाया है कि आज उनका घर एक आकर्षण का केंद्र बन गया है।
कौन है वह महिला?
हम अंगुल (ओडिशा) की 36 वर्षीया स्वेता पांडा (Sweta Panda) की बात कर रहे हैं, जिनको बचपन से हीं गार्डेनिंग का बहुत शौक था। जब वे शादी के बाद अपने ससुराल गई तो उनको पौधे लगाने के लिए ज्यादा जगह नहीं मिल पा रहा था। लेकिन पांच साल बाद जब उनके पति अबिनाश पांडा को ऑफिस की तरफ से ग्राउंड फ्लोर का क्वार्टर मिला तो उनकी यह इच्छा पूरी हुई।
स्वेता (Sweta Panda) बताती हैं कि, “ससुराल में गार्डेनिंग के लिए जगह नहीं होने के कारण मैं पौधा नहीं लगा पाती थी, फिर जब मेरे पति को उनके ऑफिस के तरफ से क्वार्टर मिला तो मैने फिर से गार्डेनिंग करना शुरू कर दिया क्योंकि यह क्वार्टर ग्राउंड फ्लोर पर है इसलिए हमें घर के आगे और पीछे दोनों ओर पौधे उगाने के लिए अच्छी जगह मिल गई।”
गार्डन 500 से 600 पौधे हैं मौजूद
स्वेता बताती हैं कि, उन्होंने अपने घर के आगे की ओर सजावटी पौधे लगाया है और पीछे की जगह में किचन गार्डन बनाया है।
उन्होंने आगे बताया कि, थोड़ा-थोड़ा पौधा लगाते लगाते कब हमारा गार्डेन 500 से 600 पौधे से भर गया यह पता हीं नहीं चल पाया। अब उनके गार्डन में 45 से ज्यादा किस्मों के पौधे हैं।

आर्ट और क्राफ्ट का है बहुत शौक
स्वेता (Sweta Panda) को गार्डेनिंग के साथ हीं आर्ट और क्राफ्ट का भी बहुत शौक है। उन्होंने अपने गार्डेन को न सिर्फ पौधे, बल्कि कई सजावटी चीजों से भी सजाया है। इसके अलावें उन्होंने हर एक पॉट को बेहद ही सुन्दर तरिके से पेंटिंग किया है और पुराने डिब्बों, बोतल और टायर को भी सुन्दर तरीके से उपयोग कर अपने गार्डेन को थीम पार्क जैसा लुक दिया है।
वे (Sweta Panda) बताती हैं कि, उनका छोटा बेटा अभी लगभग पांच साल का है। उसके जन्म के बाद हीं उन्होंने गार्डेन बनाना शुरू किया था। आर्ट और क्राफ्ट का शौक होने के कारण वे दोपहर में जब उनका बेटा सोता है, तब वह आराम से कुछ नया बनाती रहती हैं।
परिवार वाले भी करते हैं गार्डेनिंग में मदद
स्वेता (Sweta Panda) के सास-ससुर समेत परिवार के सभी लोग उनकी गार्डेनिंग में मदद करते हैं और सभी मिलकर इस गार्डेन में एक साथ समय भी बिताते हैं।
सब्जियां और फलों का भी करती हैं उत्पादन
स्वेता (Sweta Panda) अपने घर के लिए कुछ सब्जियों कुछ गमलों में फलों का भी उत्पादन करती हैं। इसके अलावें उन्होंने किचन गार्डन के लिए एक कम्पोस्ट पीट भी बनवाया है, जहां वे किचन के गीले कचरे और गार्डन के कचरे से खाद तैयार होती है।
