हम हमेशा अपने खाने के प्रति जागरूक रहते है परंतु कचरे को कही भी फेक देते है।हमने कभी भी यह नही सोच की कचरे का इस्तेमाल हम किसी अच्छे काम के लिए कर सकते हैं।
परंतु गोआ के पणजी के डोना पौला में रहने वाले पति-पत्नी का बागान इन्होंने अपने छत्त पर ही बनाया हैं। जो कि 185 वर्ग मीटर में फैला हुआ हैं। 75 वर्ष के पीटर और 64 वर्षीय उनकी धर्मपत्नी नीनो कौर सारे समाज के लिए उदाहरण हैं को हम कैसे अपने खाने के लिए आर्मनिर्भर होने के साथ ही कचरे का सही से उपयोग कैसे करें।
पीटर नीनो हर साल 120 किलोग्राम मछलियाँ का उत्पादन करते है । इसके साथ ही 3000 पौधे भी उगाते हैं।कई प्रकार की फल और सब्जियां शामिल है इसमें, चार सालों स्व पीटर अपने घर पर ही एक्वापोनिक्स प्रणाली पर काम कर रहे हैं।
क्या है एक्वापोनिक्स:-
एक्वापोनिक्स दो तरह -तरह के प्रणालियों को मिलाकर बनता है। एक्वाकल्चर (टैंक में मछली पालन)और ह्यड्रोपोनिक्स (पानी मे पौधे की खेती) इन दोनों को मिलाकर एक्वापोनिक्स बनता हैं।
पीटर पर्मकलचर के साथ एक्वापोनिक्स करते है।पीटर आउट नीनो किचन और बगीचे के कचरो से स्वाद बनाते हैं। और उसका प्रयोग एक्वापोनिक्स में करते हैं।
एक गमले में कंकड़ 1/3 कोयले और खाद 2/3 के तह में रख देते हैं। इस प्रकार पीटर के पौधे को खाद और मछलियां को कचरा दोनो मिल जाता हैं। जिससे उपज छमता बढ़ती हैं।पीटर का कहना है कि पौधों और मछली के लिए कोई भी रसायन का उपयोग नही करते है तथा उनके खाने और कचरे का भी इंतजाम हो जाता हैं।
पीटर और नीनो इतनी मेहनत इसलिए करते है कि उन्हें जैविक भोजक चाहिए था। अब ये दंपति अपने भोजन के प्रति आस्वत हैं।
इस अनोखे सॉज की कहाँ से हुए शुरुआत:-
पीटर ने अपनी पढ़ाई दिल्ली विश्वविद्यालय से पूरा किया है। पीटर गणित के छात्र थे।पीटर दिल्ली में ही रहना चाहते थे परंतु उन्हें अचानक अपने खेतों से जुड़ने का विचार आया। पीटर के खेत पंजाब के जालंधर में हैं।पहले पीटर ने अलग-अलग खेती के प्रकारो पर काम किया।साथ ही साथ “नेशनल सीड कारपोरेशन” के लिए पीटर ने बीजो का उत्पादन किया।उसके साथ हु पीटर ने डेयरी फार्म भी खोला उसके बाद पीटर ने मधुमक्खी का पालन कर के शहद भी निर्यात किया।
जब पीटर गोआ आये तो गोआ में जैविक सब्जियां बहुत मुश्किल से मिलती थी।क्योंकि गोआ में जादातर सब्जियां कर्नाटक के बेलगांव से आती हैं। पीटर जब गोआ पहुंचे तो इनके पास जगह की कमी थी।अंततः पीटर के अनेक प्रयोगों के बाद एक्वापोनिक्स का जन्म हुआ। तब पीटर ने विश्विद्यालय से पेपर डाउनलोड कर इसके बारे में पढ़ा और जाना और एक्वापोनिक्स को साकार रूप दिया।
कैसे काम करती हैं एक्वापोनिक्स :-
मछलियों के एक टैंक NFT पाइप जिसका प्रयोग सब्जियां उगाने में किया जाता है।वहाँ एक्वापोनिक्स की आवश्यकता होती हैं। जब हम इसके बारे में सुनते है तो हमे लगता है यह कितनी कठिन प्रणाली है परंतु पीटर ने इसे बहुत सहज तरीके से समझाया है जिसे आप अपने बालकनी या कमरे के किसी भी कोने में इसे फ़ीट कर सकते हैं।
पीटर समझाते है कि “2 फ़ीट ×6 फीय व 6 फ़ीट×की लंबाई वाला यह यूनिट ,200 वोट कृत्रिम रोशनी व 250 लीटर पानी की खपत करता हैं। इसमे आप 180 पौधे ऊगा सकते है। साथ ही सतज आप इसमें लेट्टस,कले, बॉकचोंच इत्यादि ऊगा सकते हैं। पीटर का कहना है कि एक टैंक में आप 5 किलोग्राम मछलियां रख सकते है।
बिजली,पानी और मछलियों के कचरे से एक्वापोनिक्स कार्य करता है:-
पीटर का कहना है कि मछलियां के टैंक में जो कचरे होते है उसमें अमोनिया होता है। तथा इसमें जलवाहक (aerator) से पानी का संचार होता है।इसमें करंट उत्पन्न होता है।मछलियो के कचरे तले पर जमा होते हैं।उस पाइप बायो फ़िल्टर तक ले जाती है।जो इसके अमोनिया को नाइट्राइड और नाइट्रेटे में बदल देती है। जिसे हमे पौधे के लिए इस्तेमाल करते हैं।
इस पानी को फिर से फ़िल्टर कर के मछलियों के टैंक में भेज दिया जाता है।इसमें एरोपोनिक टॉवर है जो पौधों की नर्सरी की तरह कार्य करता है इसमें जगह की बचत होती है क्योंकि यह लंबाई में होती हैं।
नीनो कौर का कहना है कि नाइट्रोजन के सहायता से हरी सब्जियां अच्छे से उपजती हैं। नीनो के पास सलाद पते,बॉक चोंच और सेलेरी हैं। सामान्य खेती की तुलना में उसमे 10 प्रतिशत पानी का उपयोग होता है।सिर्फ वाष्पीकरण में पानी का उपयोग होता है। इसमें पानी से सींचने या निराई की आवश्यकता नही पड़ती हैं। नीनो कहती है हम बस मछलियों को दिन में दो बार खिलाते हैं।
पीटर ने 3 टैंक को निचली मंजिल पर रखा है एक मे 3000 लीटर,दूसरे में 1500 लीटर व तीसरे में 4000 लीटर पानी है। इन टैंको में रोहू,कतला और चोनाक मछलियां पालते है।पैतरा ने अपने छत पर 12 फ़ीट×24 फ़ीट का ग्रीनहाउस बताया है।जिसमे 2000 पौधे है। पौधे का बागान 6 फ़ीट× 16 फ़ीट हैं। उसमें 500 पौधे हैं।
पीटर के छत्त पर बगीचा है जहाँ 25 फलो के पेड़,300 प्याज,मिर्च नीबू,टमाटर के साथ साथ ही बेल ,लौकी,केला,भिंडी और बैगन के पौधे हैं।
निचले तल्ले पर आम,केले ,पपीते के पेड़ हैं।पीटर ने ग्रीनहाउस में 8 फ़ीट×12 फ़ीट का वातानुकूलित लगाया हैं। वहाँ हरि सब्जियां भी उगाई जाती है।पीटर के महीने का खर्च 14000 हज़ार रुपए है 6000 बिजलीं,4000 मछली का भोजन तथा 4000 मजदूरों का वेतन हैं। पीटर को इस प्रणाली में सफाई नही करनी पड़ती क्योंकि पानी फ़िल्टर होता रहता है।पीटर हर 6 घंटे पर एक सहायक को बुलाते है जिसके देख रेख में पीटर की मदद मिलती हैं।
पीटर को 2020 के फरवरी में एक्वा गोआ मेगा फिश फेस्टिवल में “मोस्ट इनोवेटिव सटॉल”के लिए पुरुस्कार भी मिला हैं।गोआ के कृषि विशेषज्ञ मारवेल ब्रागानजा कहते है एक्वापोनिक्स उन लोगों के लिए बेहतर है जिनका बजट अधिक है।क्योंकि इसका खर्च 30,000 रुपये तक आ जाता हैं। ये उनलोगों के लिए भी अच्छा है जो सलाद और महादिवप खानपान को पसंद करते हैं।
पीटर पानी को निचले तल्ले से छत्त पर ग्रीनहाउस तक पंप करते है।इसलिए इसका लागत अधिक है।पीटर आगे सोलर पैनल और मछलियों का खाना बनाने की सोच रहे है।जिसे पीटर आत्मनिर्भर हो जाये।अगर पूरा सिस्टम स्वचालित हो जाये और सौर्य ऊर्जा रख दे तो इसका खर्च कम हो जाएगा।
लोगो को उत्साहित कर खुद भी पैसे कमा रहे है:-
पीटर दो दिन एर्निंग प्रोग्राम भी करवाते है और इसकी फीस वह 5000 लेते है।पीटर अपने डिज़ाइन में जरूरत की हिसाब से बदलाव करते है जिससे की घरेलू और व्यसायिक दोनो वर्ग इसका लाभ उठा सके। पीटर अपने डिज़ाइन का 10 प्रतिशत चार्ज अधिक लेते है।
इस कोरोना महामारी में इन पति-पत्नी ने घर से ही सब्जियोको बेचना शुरु किया है। सब्जियों के एक थैले कि कीमत 100 रुपए हैं। पीटर और नीनो अधिक से अधिक लोगो को स्वस्थ भोजन का लाभ देना चाहते हैं।
