इसलिए क्योंकि वह आत्मनिर्भर होना चाहते है और उन्हें पता है कि खेती में लाभ के साथ साथ मानसिक शांति और केमिकल मुक्त खाना मिलेगा। अधिकतर लोगों को लगता है कि यह झूठ है कोई अपनी मल्टीनेशनल कंपनी की रुतबे वाली नौकरी छोड़कर खेती क्यों करेगा। परंतु सत्य को किसी प्रमाणिकता की आवश्यकता नही होती हैं।

प्रज्ञा कश्यप घाना की रहने वाली है।और खेती करने से पहले एक MNC में कार्यरत थी परंतु प्रज्ञा का मन वहाँ नही लगा और आज प्रज्ञा खेती कर रही हैं।

प्रज्ञा को अपने बचपन से ही खेती का बहुत शौक था। जब प्रज्ञा अपने स्कूल में थी तो प्रज्ञा को हमेशा अपनी गर्मियों की छुटी का बेसब्री से इंतज़ार रहता था। ताकि वह आने गांव जाके लहलहाते हुए फसलों को देखें। प्रज्ञा जब अपनी गर्मियों की छुट्टी में गांव जाती थी तो प्रज्ञा को चना और गेंहू की फसलों को बड़े होते देख बहुत आंनद आता था।

छोटे पैमाने पर की शुरुआत:-

प्रज्ञा घाना में रहती हैं। तो प्रज्ञा ने घाना में अपने घर पर ही खेत का निर्माण किया। सबसे पहले प्रज्ञा ने सब्जियों को उगाने की सोची और उनकी मेहनत रंग लाई और सब्जियां उगने भी लगी। जिससे प्रज्ञा को बहुत खुशी हुई साथ ही साथ उनका हौसला भी बढ़ा।

प्रज्ञा का 8 वर्ष का एक बेटा है।जिसके बारे में प्रज्ञा कहती है कि जब मैं खेती करती हूं तो मेरा बेटा मुझे बहुत ध्यान से देखता है शायद वह कुछ सीखने की कोशिश करता हैं। प्रज्ञा आगे बताती है जब मैने अपनी मेहनत से उगाई गयी सब्जियां अपने बेटे को खाते हुए देखती हूं तो मुझे संतुष्टि और खुशी दोनों होती हैं।

अपने बेटे के लिए बनी आदर्श:-

प्रज्ञा कहती है कि जब मेरे बेटे के स्कूल में उसका प्रेजेंटेशन था तो उसने मेरे किचन गार्डन के बारे में सबको बताया। प्रज्ञा कहती है कैसे मैं कचरे का उपयोग कर के खेती करती हूं और केमिकल रहित सब्जियां उगाती हूँ। एक बच्चे के अभिभावक ने मेरे बेटे से पूछा कि क्या यह संभव है तो जो जवाब मेरे बेटे ने दिया वह सुन कर मैं चकित रह गईं।

मेरे बेटे ने कहा कि अगर आप सब्जियों को उगाते हैं तो सुबह शाम पौधों को ध्यान से देखे औऱ उसमें जो कीड़े लगे है ।उन्हें साफ करे तब आप स्वस्थ तरीके से सब्जियां उगा सकते हैं।

प्रज्ञा कहती है जिनलोगों के पास ज्यादा जगह नही है वह अपने छत या बालकनी पर आसानी से कम से कम दो तरह के भी ताजी और हरी सब्जियां उगा सकते हैं। और अपने बच्चे और परिवार वालों को केमिकल रहित खाना खिला सकते हैं।
