एक तरफ तो हमारे देश मे किसान आन्दोलन चल रहा है, और दूसरी तरफ प्याज के दाम बढ़ने की वजह से सारे लोग परेशान है, प्याज के दाम अचानक से 10 से 15 रुपये तक बढ़ गए, और दुकानों पे प्याज के दाम 70 से 80 रुपय बढ़ गए है।

क्या है कारण-

जैसे कि हम सब जानते है कि कुछ समय पहले महाराष्ट्र में बेमौसम की बरसात हुई है, जिस वजह से भारी मात्रा में प्याज की फसल खराब हो गयी हैं। इस बात से हम सब वाकिफ है कि एशिया की सबसे बड़ी प्याज मंडी नासिक के लासलगांव मंडी में एग्रीकल्चर प्रोड्यूसर मार्किट कमिटी में प्याज का औसत थोक भाव 2 दिनों में 970 रुपये प्रति क्विंटल बढ़ गया है और 4200- 4500 रुपये प्रति क्विंटल पहुँच गए है।

ईस बात से हम सब वाकिफ़ है कि नासिक से देश भर में प्याज भेजा जाता है। बेमौसम बरसात और ओले पड़ने से वजह से प्याज की फसल बहुत मात्रा में खराब हो गयी है, जिस वजह से प्याज का अभाव हो गया है और यही कारण है कि प्याज का दाम अधिक बढ़ गया है। 20 फरवरी तक मंडी में प्याज का दाम 3500- 4500 रुपये प्रति क्विंटल बिक रहा था।

 

दो दिन में बढ़ गया मूल्य-

दो दिनों में सबसे अधिक बढ़ोतरी देखी गयी है प्याज के मूल्य में। दिल्ली के खुदरा बाजार में प्याज के दाम 60 रुपये किलो तक बिक रहे है, एक महीने में दूसरी बार प्याज के दाम इतने बढ़े है। जिसके कारण प्याज के थोक भाव में 40 फीसदी बढ़ोतरी हुई है।

 

आजादपुर मंडी के एक व्यापारी का कहना है कि प्याज मंडी में प्याज थोक भाव 20 से 30 रुपये किलो तक बिक रही थी, जब कि अभी प्याज म मूल्य बढ़ के 25 से 40 रुपये किलो थोक भाव में बिक रहा है। नोएडा में भी प्याज के मूल्य बढ़ गए है और प्याज के थोक रेट में 1000 रुपये से 1200 रुपये क्विंटल लगभग बढ़ोतरी हुई है। छोटे- छोटे दुकानों में भी प्याज 70 से 80 रुपये किलो तक बिक रहे है।

 

हर जगह बढ़ रहे है मूल्य-

गोरखपुर में भी वही स्थिति है प्याज के मूल्य एक महीने में दो बार बढ़ के 24 रुपये किलो से 45 रुपये किलो तक बिक रहे है। इसके साथ ही फुटकर बाजार में प्याज की कीमत 30 रुपये किलो से 60 रुपये किलो तक बढ़ गयी है और झारखण्ड़ में भी वही हाल है, एक महीने में 20 रुपये बढ़ गया है प्याज का मूल्य। प्रयागराज भी इससे अछूता नही है वहां भी फुटकर प्याज 50 से 55 रुपये किलो तक बिक रहे है और थोक में 3500 से 4200 रुपये क्विंटल बिक रहे है।

अगले महीने तक मूल्य कम होने की आशंका-

प्याज व्यापारियों का कहना है कि नाशिक में गुरुवार को भारी बारिश हुई है और ओले भी परे है, तो खेतो में पानी जमा हो गया है इसे सूखने में कम से कम 15 दिन का समय लगेगी तब तक प्याज का मूल्य बढ़ा ही रह सकता है, इस महीने के बाद प्याज के मूल्य में गिरावट आने की आशंका जताई जा रही है।
