हमलोगों ने इस बात को महसूस किया होगा कि अब नयी पीढ़ी खेती के तरफ से अपना ध्यान हटा कर नौकरी के तरफ कदम बढाने का काम कर रहा है। आज हम बात करेंगे एक ऐसे शख्स की, जो कि 65 साल की उम्र में अपने परम्परागत खेती को छोड़ कर औषधीय पौधों को लगाना शुरु किए तथा आज के समय में वह कामयाबी हासिल किए है।
तो आइए जानते हैं उस शख्स से जुड़ी सभी जानकारियां :-
कौन है वह शख्स ?
हम बात कर रहे हैं राम साँवले (Ram Sawale) की, जो मूल रूप से उत्तर प्रदेश (Uttar Pradesh) के बाराबंकी जिले सूरतगंज ब्लॉक में टांड़पुर तुरकौली गाँव के रहने वाले हैं। वह पेशे से एक किसान है। ऐसे वह ज्यादा पढ़े-लिखे नहीं हैं लेकिन खेती से जुड़े सभी जानकारियां उन्हें अच्छी तरह से मालुम रहती है।
बुढ़ापे में छोड़ी पारंपरिक खेती
राम सांवले (Ram Sawale) ने बताया कि, पहली बार 1 एकड़ में पीली शतावरी की फसल लगाई थी, तब आसपास के किसान भाइयों ने कहा था कि पंडित जी क्या झाड़ियां उगा रहे हो। कई लोगों को लगा कि अब मेरी बर्बादी के दिन नजदीक आ गए हैं, लेकिन जब यह फसल पूरी तरह से तैयार हुई तो मुनाफे के तौर पर मुझे 4 लाख रुपये मिले। ऐसे में मैंने अपने पहले अनुभव से ही सीख ली और औषधीय खेती की तरफ काम शुरू किया। आज मैं अपने इस फैसले से खुश हूं। हमारे खेत में मुनाफे के बढ़ते आंकड़ों को देखकर 2 साल पहले दूसरे किसानों ने भी इसकी खेती शुरू कर दी है। इतना ही नहीं मेरे मुनाफे को देखते हुए लखनऊ में प्राइवेट नौकरी करने वाले मेरे एक बेटे ने भी अब खेती का काम शुरू कर दिया है। उसे भी नौकरी से ज्यादा पैसा खेती से नजर आ रहा है।

लोगों ने उड़ाया मजाक
शुरुआत के दिनोंं में दूसरे किसानों को इस फसल की उपयोगिता और फ़ायदों के बारे में भी जानकारी नहीं थी इसलिए जब राम (Ram Sawale) ने पहली बार पीली सतावरी को खेतों में लगाया था तो लोगों ने उनका मज़ाक भी बनाया और कहा कि “पंडित जी ये झाड़ियाँ क्यूँ उगा रहे हो” राम के मुताबिक कई लोगों को ये लगने लगा था कि अब राम के बर्बादी के दिन नजदीक आ गए हैं।
लाखों में हुई कमाई
राम (Ram Sawale) ने कई बड़ी दवा कंपनियों के साथ टाईअप भी किया हुआ है। जिससे राम फसल को सीधा दवा कंपनियों को ही बेच देते हैं और राम को भी अपनी फसलों का उचित और बढ़िया दाम मिल जाता है। हालांकि उनके लिए ये सफर आसान नहीं था। राम के अनुसार इस तरह कि खेती को करने में लागत तो ज्यादा आती ही है लेकिन इससे मुनाफा भी अच्छा खासा हो जाता है।
राम (Ram Sawale) ने बताया कि एक एकड़ में पीली सतावरी को उगाने में करीब 70-80 हज़ार रूपये का खर्च आता है लेकिन यही फसल फिर 4-5 लाख रूपये में आसानी से बिक जाती है।
लोग सीख रहे औषधीय खेती के गुण
आज के समय में राम साँवले (Ram Sawale) से कई लोग औषधीय खेती के गुण सीख रहे हैं। अब वह अपने खेती में पीली सतावरी, सहजन, अदरक और कौंच की खेती कर रहे हैं। औषधीय खेती के लिए उनके पास काफी ज्यादा अनुभव है, यही कारण है कि हमेशा कोई न कोई उनसे खेती के विषय में बात करने के लिए आते हीं रहते है।
घर पर हीं बनाते हैं केंचुआ खाद
राम सांवले (Ram Sawale) ने अपनी खेती के अनुभवों को साझा करते हुए बताया कि वह घर में ही केंचुआ से खाद बनाने का काम करते हैं। उन्होंने अपने खेती की लागत कम करने के लिए घर पर ही केंचुए की खाद बनाने का काम शुरु किया है।।खाद बनाने के लिए वह वेस्ट डींकपोजर का उपयोग करते हैं। वेस्ट डीकंपोजर एक तरल पदार्थ है जिसकी खोज गाजियाबाद स्थित जैविक कृषि केंद्र ने की थी। डींकपोजर की 20 रुपए की एक शीशी से कई ड्रम जैविक तरल खाद बनती है, जिसे वह फसल में पानी के साथ छिड़काव करते हैं।
कृषि विभाग भी कर रहा है जागरुक
कृषि विभाग भी किसानों को औषधीय खेती करने के लिए प्रेरित कर रहा है। कृषि विभाग किसानों को अब ऐसी खेती के गुण सिखाने का प्रयास कर रहा है, जिससे किसानों को अधिक मुनाफा हो पाए। आज जब भी किसी किसान को खेती में किसी भी तरह की कोई समस्या आती है तो कृषि विभाग भी उनकी पूरी सहायता करता है। हालांकि अब कई किसान पारंपरिक खेती को छोड़ कर ऐसी खेती के प्रति आकर्षित हो रहे हैं जिससे उन्हें ज्यादा मुनाफा हो सकता है।
दूसरों के लिए बने प्रेरणा
राम साँवले (Ram Sawale) आज के समय में लाखों लोगों के लिए प्रेरणा बने हुए हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि मेरे साथ-साथ अब मेरा परिवार भी मेरे इस फैसले से खुश है। इसके साथ ही उन्होंने देश के युवाओं से भी इस तरफ विचार करने की सलाह दी।
