बाथटब में मोती उगाकर कमाती हैं, 80,000 रूपए
शुरू से बिजनेस में रुचि रखने वाली रंजना यादव (Ranjana Yadav) ने आगरा में विधिवानी पर्ल फार्मिंग नाम से एक स्टार्ट-अप शुरू किया है, जिसमे वे मोती उगाने का काम कराती हैं तथा साथ हीं लोगों को इस काम के लिए प्रशिक्षित भी करती हैं।
रंजना (Ranjana Yadav) ने बताया कि, शुरुआत में मेरे ससुराल वालें मेरे इस कारोबार के खिलाफ थे, लेकिन मैने उनसे वादा किया कि, मैं सबसे पहले अपने घर पर ही मोती उगा कर दिखाऊंगी और मैने अपने आंगन में बाथटब में हीं छोटा सा खेत बनाकर मोती को उगाया।
बता दें कि, शुरू में उन्होंने (Ranjana Yadav) 20 मोती के सीप लगाए और प्रत्येक दिन उसका देखभाल करती थीं। फिर करीबन 10-12 महीने बाद उनको सभी सीप में करीब 2 मोती देखने को मिले, जिससे उनका आत्मविश्वास और भी ज्यादा मजबूत हुआ।
बाथटब में उगाए गए, इस मोती से उन्हे (Ranjana Yadav) हैदराबाद में एक ज्वैलरी के बाजार में 350 रुपये- 450 रु मिले, यानी उनको इस मोती से 80,000 रुपये का सीधा मुनाफा हुआ।
मोती की खेती पर किया क्रैश कोर्स
रंजना (Ranjana Yadav) को जब बाथटब में उगाए गए इस मोती से मुनाफा हुआ तो वे काफी खुश हुईं और उन्होंने एक सप्ताह के लिए भुवनेश्वर के सेंट्रल इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ फ्रेशवाटर एक्वाकल्चर में मोती की खेती के लिए क्रैश कोर्स में दाखिला लिया
क्रैश कोर्स करने के बाद घर आकर आंगन में हीं किया खेती
रंजना ने भुवनेश्वर से लौटने के बाद अपने आंगन में ही मोती उगाने का फैसला किया और अपने पिता, सुरेश चंद्र यादव से एक कृत्रिम तालाब बनाने के लिए 14×14 फीट जमीन खोदने की अनुमति ली। फिर उन्होंने अहमदाबाद से कुछ 2000 सीप भी खरीदे और कुल मिलाकर 1 लाख रुपये का निवेश किया।
क्या है मोती बनाने की प्रक्रिया?
बता दें कि, मोती उगाने के लिए सबसे पहले सीप लगाया जाता है। फिर वैसे हीं उसको एक दिन के लिए छोड़ा जाता है। इसके बाद क्षार उपचारित पानी में अगले 7 दिनों के लिए उसको डुबो कर रखना होता है और साथ ही साथ उन्हें नियमित रूप से हरे शैवाल का चारा भी देना होता है।
जब 7 दिनों के बाद कवच और मांसपेशियां ढीली हो जाती हैं तो सर्जरी कर सीप के अंदर सांचा डाल दिया जाता है। सीप को सहारा देने के लिए नायलॉन नेट और रस्सियां टांगी जाती हैं और फिर उनको 10-12 महीने या उससे भी अधिक समय तक के लिए एक वैरायटी के आधार पर छोड़ दिया जाता है। साथ हीं साथ कुछ चीजों का ध्यान रखना होता है, जैसे पानी के तापमान की जाँच करना, तालाब की सफाई करना और ठीक चारा मिल सके इसका भी ध्यान रखना होता है।
कैसे आया मोती उगाने का ख्याल?
रंजना बताती हैं, फॉरेस्ट्री में एमएससी की पढ़ाई पूरी करने बाद अचानक मैं मोती की खेती की ओर आकर्षित हो गई थीं और उसी दौरान मैंने तय किया कि मैं भी मोती की खेती करूंगी। लेकिन उस दौरान मेरे घरवाले मेरे इस फैसले के खिलाफ थे।
उन्होंने बताया कि, “एशिया में कुछ स्थानों पर लोग एक समय में एक ही सीप में कम से कम 20 मोती तक उगा रहे हैं। समुद्र के मोती की खेती में उन्नत सर्जिकल कौशल की आवश्यकता होती है, जबकि थोड़ी ट्रेनिंग के साथ कोई भी व्यक्ति मीठे पानी में मोती उगा सकता है।
उन्होंने आगे बताया कि, मोती उत्पादन सस्ता भी है और निवेश और लाभ अनुपात काफी अच्छा है। अक्टूबर-नवंबर में उन्हें मोती की खेती से 4 लाख रुपये का मुनाफा होने की उम्मीद है।
किसानों का किया मदद
रंजना (Ranjana Yadav) ने 16 कृषि छात्रों को अपने खेत में प्रशिक्षित किया है, यूपी के हाथरस में 10 किसानों की मदद भी की है, अब वे खुद से मोती की खेती कर मुनाफा कमा रहे हैं।
