बदलते समय के साथ लोगों की सोच भी बदल रही है। एक ऐसा जमाना हुआ करता था, जब लोग कृषि को घाटा मान कर नौकरी करने हेतु शहर के लिए रवाना होते थे, लेकिन समय ने करवट लिया और आज के समय में लोग अच्छी-खासी नौकरी छोड़ कृषि को फिर से अपना रहे हैं।
आज हम राजस्थान (Rajasthan) के बीकानेर जिले के देसली गांव के रहने वाले रवि बिश्नोई (Ravi Bishnoi) की बात करने वाले हैं, जो पिछले 14 वर्षों से पत्रकारिता का काम कर रहे थे लेकिन कुछ वर्षों से उनका लगाव कृषि में हुआ और उन्होंने कलम छोड़ कुदाल को थामा।
कई प्रसिद्ध न्यूज चैनल में कर चुके हैं काम
रवि बिश्नोई (Ravi Bishnoi) जी न्यूज, इंडिया न्यूज और न्यूज 18 जैसे कई प्रसिद्ध न्यूज चैनल में रिपोर्टिंग कर चुके हैं। जब उन्होंने कृषि अपनाई उस समय वे न्यूज 18 के बीकानेर डिवीजन के ब्यूरो चीफ के रूप में काम कर रहे थे। इसके अलावें वे रक्षा मंत्रालय से भी मान्यता प्राप्त रक्षा संवाददाता थे।
कैसे आया खेती करने का ख्याल?
रवि (Ravi Bishnoi) ने मीडिया से बात करते वक्त बताया कि, मुझे शुरू से ही काम में स्थायित्व चाहिए था लेकिन वो स्थायित्व पत्रकारिता में नहीं मिला, जो खेती में मिल सकता है। खेती करने का एक और भी कारण था, मेरे पास गांव में करीबन 20 बीघा जमीन थी, जिसपर कभी खेती नहीं हुई थी और यह बिल्कुल वीरान पड़ी थी इसलिए मैंने अपनी जमीन को भी से संवारने के लिए खेती करने को सोची और इसमें मुझे स्थायित्व भी मिला।
सब्जियों को अपने खेतों में लगाया
रवि (Ravi Bishnoi) ने अपने आधी जमीन पर गेहूं, सरसों जैसी फसलों की खेती किया है, जबकि आधी बची जमीन पर घीया, लौकी, तरबूज, खरबूज, खीरा जैसे सब्जियों को उगाते हैं। इसमें उनको उत्तर प्रदेश में सब्जियां उगाने वाले एक खास समुदाय से मदद मिलती है। इन सब्जियों को वे सब्जी मंडी में भेजते हैं और इसमें उनको अच्छी मुनाफा भी मिल रही हैं।
वे (Ravi Bishnoi) सब्जियों को जैविक तरीके से उगाते हैं। इसके लिए उन्होंने दो गांव खरीदी है। इन दोनो गायों से उनके परिवार के लिए शुद्ध दूध भी मिल जाती है तथा वे गोबर से खाद भी बनाते है। वे सीधे खेत में गोबर को न देकर, पहले इसे मिट्टी के अंदर दबा देते हैं और ऊपर से गोमूत्र का छिड़काव करते हैं। यह किण्वन क्रिया (Fermentation) फसलों पर दोगुना असर करता है।
उन्होंने (Ravi Bishnoi) बताया कि, “पत्रकारिता करते समय मुझे किसानों की समस्याओं का अंदाजा नहीं था। लेकिन जब मैं खुद खेती करने लगा हूं तो मुझे इन परेशानियों का एहसास हुआ है।
इसके आगे उन्होंने बताया कि, आप कितनी भी कोशिश कर लें लेकिन मौसम ने साथ नहीं दिया तो आपके सब किए कराए पर पानी फिर जाएगा। इसके अलावें ट्रैफिक के वजह से अगर गाड़ी समय पर सब्जी मंडी नहीं पहुंचती है तो अब बेकार है।
उन्होंने (Ravi Bishnoi) अफसोस जताते हुए बताया कि, अपने देश में जैविक सब्जियों के लिए अलग मंडी नहीं है, अगर आप जैविक तरीके से भी सब्जियों को उगाते हो तो बाजार में आपको उन्हीं सब्जियों के दर से बेचना होगा जो सब्जियां केमिकल से उपजाई जाती है।
ड्रिप इरिगेशन सिस्टम को अपनाया
रवि (Ravi Bishnoi) बताते हैं कि, राजस्थान में वैसे भी पानी के किल्लत है और ज्यादातर किसान फ्लड इरिगेशन तकनीक के जरिए खेती करते थे, जिसमे पानी बहुत मात्रा में नुकसान होता है। इससे निपटने के लिए मैंने ड्रिप इरिगेशन सिस्टम को अपनाया हैं। इसके लिए मैंने सरकारी मानकों के अनुसार 100×100 के एक डिग्गी बनवायी है, जो करीब 14 फीट गहरी है।
उन्होंने (Ravi Bishnoi) आगे बताया कि, डिग्गी में मैने प्लास्टिक की शीट लगाई गई है, जिसको बनाने में मैने करीबन डेढ़ लाख रुपए खर्च किया और इस डिग्गी को एक स्विमिंग पूल की तरह बनाया गया है, जिसमें बच्चे मजे से नहाते भी हैं। यह डिग्गी नहर से नीचे और खेतों से है, ताकि इसमें पानी अपने-आप भर जाए और सिंचाई हो जाए। मैने ट्यूबवेल चलाने के लिए 5 किलोवाट का एक सोलर पैनल भी लगाया है।
पत्नी और बच्चे संग गांव में हीं हुए शिफ्ट
रवि (Ravi Bishnoi) अपनी पत्नी और अपने बच्चों संग गांव में हीं रहते हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि, पहले उनके बच्चे बीकानेर शहर के कान्वेंट स्कूल में पढ़ाई किया करते थे लेकिन लॉकडाउन के दौरान वे गांव आए। शुरू में उन्हे यहां पर अच्छा नहीं लगता था और अब धीरे-धीरे वे खेतों में मिट्टी से खेलने लगे और अपने पिता का हाथ बटाने लगे। अब उनका यहां पर इतना मन लग गया है कि शहर वापस जाना नहीं चाहते और उनका दाखिला गांव के ही एक निजी स्कूल में हो गया है।
उन्होंने (Ravi Bishnoi) बताया कि,उनकी पत्नी पहले शहर के एक निजी स्कूल में अंग्रेजी और सोशल साइंस पढ़ाती थी, अब वे भी गांव के उसी स्कूल में पढ़ाने लगी हैं, जहां उनके बच्चे पढ़ते हैं।
अब इनके माता-पिता भी यहां आ गए हैं और सब परिवार एक साथ गांव में रहता है।
अपने फार्म हाउस को बनाया आकर्षण का केंद्र
रवि (Ravi Bishnoi) ने अपने फार्म हाउस को एक आकर्षण का केंद्र बनाया हुआ है। इस फार्म हाउस का नाम उन्होंने ‘ओम कृषि फार्म’ दिया है, जो नेशनल हाईवे 911 पर स्थित है। जिसमे उन्होंने रहने के लिए तीन कमरें बनवाए हैं। खेतों के बीच बना यह घर यहां से गुजरने वालों के लिए आकर्षण का केंद्र बना हुआ है। यहां पर यात्री घूमकर प्रकृति और हरियाली का आनंद लेने आते हैं।
भविष्य में रवि (Ravi Bishnoi) अपने फार्म हाउस के एग्रो-टूरिज्म के रूप में विकसित करने वालें है, जहां पर शहर से यात्री आकर खेत और हरियाली का आनंद उठा सकते हैं।
