आमतौर पर हम इतने डिजिटल होते जा रहे हैं, अपने भाग दौड़ की ज़िंदगी मे इतने उलझते जा रहे हैं कि , प्रकृति के करीब आने का मौका ही नही मिलता। लेकिन कुछ ऐसे भी उदाहरण हैं जो सब छोड़ कर अपनी मिट्टी के सेवा में समर्पित होने का अवसर ढूंढ ही लेते हैं। उन्ही में से एक हैं- सार्थक।
कौन हैं सार्थक-
सार्थक उत्तर प्रदेश के गाज़ियाबाद के रहने वाले हैं, और इनकी उम्र 27 वर्ष है। सार्थक और इनके पिता कंस्ट्रक्शन का काम करते हैं। उन्होंने इंजीनियरिंग की पढ़ाई भी की है और मास्टर्स की डिग्री लेने के लिए यूनिवर्सिटी ऑफ फ्लोरिडा गए। वहाँ से वापस आने के बाद उन्होंने पिता के साथ कारोबार को सम्हाला।
सास से मिली गर्डनिंग कि प्रेरणा;
समान्यतः सार्थक की ज़िंदगी भी ऑफिस से घर, और घर से आफिस तक सिमट चुकी थी। उन्हें कुछ और करने का वक़्त भी नहीं मिलता था। उनकी शादी दो साल पहले हुई, जहां उन्होंने अपनी सास को गर्डनिंग करते हुए देखा, वो बहुत आकर्षित हुए।
घर आ कर उन्होंने कुछ खाली जगहों पर पौधे लगाने के बारे में सोचा। ये नया भी था और रोचक भी था।
पालक से की गर्डनिंग की शुरुआत-
सबसे पहले सार्थक ने पालक लगाया। कदम छोटा था लेकिन उत्साह कई गुणा बड़ा। उसके बाद तोरी, खीरा, बिन्स, बैंगन, गाजर, भिंडी आदि भी उगाये जाते हैं। यहां आपको अंजीर और अमरूद के पेड़ भी देखने को मिलेंगे।
धूप की हुई समस्या, लेकिन निकाला समाधान-
आमतौर पर शहरों में बिल्डिंग्स होते हैं, जहा धूप जुच देर के लिए ही आ पाता है। और हम सब जानते हैं कि किसी पौधे या पेड़ के लिए धूप का क्या महत्व है। इसके लिए सार्थक ने जिस पौधों को धूप की ज्यादा जरूरत थी, उन्हें बाहर की तरफ रखा, और जिन्हें काम थी उससे अंदर की तरफ रखा।
सबकुछ का होता है विकल्प-
सार्थक का मानना है कि जरूरी नही हम सबकुछ उगा ले या बहुत ज्यादा मात्रा में ही उगाये। सबसे पहले आप अपने जगह के अनुकूल वाले पौधों को लाये। अगर आपके पास भी धूप की समस्या है तो आप चेरी, टमाटर, लेटस जैसे चोज़ो को आसानी से उपजा सकते हैं, इनमे कम धूप चाहिए होता है।
बाजार से लाने से बेहतर है आप स्वयं जैविक खेती करें और शुद्ध भोजन करें-
सार्थक बताते हैं कि, शुरू में जब उन्होंने पालक लगाया तो उन्हें भरपूर मात्रा में पालक मिला। साथ ही जब उन्हीने सब्जियो को लगाया और खाया तो उन्हें बहुत बड़ा अंतर देखने को मिला स्वाद में। अब उन्हें इस बात की खुशी होती है कि वो जैविक उपजा भी रहे हैं और खा भी रहे हैं।
लौकडाउन में बिल्कुल नही हुई परेशानी-
जैसे कि हम सबने इस कोरोना में बुरा अनुभव किया। चीज़े दुर्लभ हो गयी थी, लेकिन सार्थक बताते हैं कि उन्हें सब्जियो को ले कर कोई कष्ट नही हुआ। 10 किलो से ज्यादा सब्ज़िया उन्होंने अपने छोटे छोटे जगहों पर लगाया और बाल्टियों को गमलों के रूप में प्रयोग किया।
एक बार यदि आपने गर्डनिंग कर ली तो बार बार करना चाहेंगे-
सार्थक कहते हैं कि अगर आप एक बार इसकी शुरुआत करते हैं तो आपको आदत हो जाएगी। इससे आपको सुकून भी मिलेगा, और शुद्ध सब्ज़ियां खाने को भी मिलेंगी। सुबह शाम पौधों का देखभाल करें, उन्हें समझें और उन्हें पोषण देते रहे। भूल कर भी केमिकल्स का इस्तेमाल न करें। स्वस्थ रहे, सतर्क रहें।
