कहते हैं यदि मन में हौसला हो और कुछ करने की तीव्र इच्छा हो तो ना ही उम्र का पड़ाव किसी की उड़ान को रोक सकता है, ना ही चार दीवारों में सिमटे परिवार की जिम्मेदारियां उसे रोक सकती हैं। आज हम आपको एक ऐसी महिला के बारे में बताने जा रहे हैं जिन्होंने एक लंबे समय के खालीपन के बाद अपने शौक को पूरा करने का जिम्मा अपने कंधों पर उठाया और काफी कुछ नया सीख कर अपनी नई पहचान बनाने के रास्ते में अग्रसर हैं।

हम बात कर रहे हैं पटना की संगीता प्रसाद के बारे में

संगीता का जन्म बिहार के बेगूसराय में हुआ था। इनके पिता आईओसी में थे। बात यदि संगीता के शिक्षा की हो तो उन्होंने हिस्ट्री से M.A. की डिग्री ली है। शादी के बाद वह पटना में ही आकर बस गए।

क्या था खास

जिस वक्त पूरा विश्व कोरोना जैसी महामारी से लड़ने की पूरी कोशिश कर रहा था, जहां हर एक इंसान अपने प्रगति की स्थिरता को देखकर परेशान था, जहां लोग तमाम नकारात्मक चीजों से घिरे हुए थे वही संगीता ने सोचा कि क्यों न कुछ नया किया जाए। उन्होंने कोरोना की दूसरी लहर में केक बनाने और उसे बिल्कुल ढंग से सीखने की इच्छा जाहिर की। परिवार ने भी साथ देते हुए संगीता का साहस बढ़ाया और उनकी मदद की।

यूट्यूब से सीखा बेहद खूबसूरत केक बनाना

आपको बता दें कि कुछ ही दिनों के कोर्स में संगीता ने अच्छा ही नहीं बल्कि बेहतरीन केक बनाना सीखा। उन्होंने बखूबी सारे क्लासेस को अटेंड किया, जिसमें उनके बेटे का काफी सहयोग रहा। वह हर दिन 2 से 3 घंटे सीखने में देती और कोशिश करती कि कैसे स्वादिष्ट और दिखने में खूबसूरत केक बनाया जा सके।

पति और परिवार का रहा पूरा सहयोग

Inspiring Indians से बात करते हुए संगीता ने बताया कि वह जो कुछ भी कर पाए या कर रही हैं उसका पूरा श्रेय उनके पति, बच्चे और उनके परिवार को जाता है। आमतौर पर जब हम छोटे शहरों की महिलाओं के सपनों के बारे में बात करते हैं तो उन्हें यह कहकर टाल दिया जाता है कि उसे तो घर संभालना चाहिए, लेकिन संगीता के साथ ऐसा बिल्कुल नहीं था। जब उन्होंने केक बनाना शुरू किया तो उनके बच्चों और उनके पति का पूरा सहयोग होता था, वे बताते हैं कि कैसे केक को और खूबसूरत दिखाया जा सकता है या, उसके स्वाद को कैसे और अच्छा बनाया जा सकता है।

बचपन से रहा कुछ सीखने और पढ़ने का जुनून

संगीता को बचपन से ही नई- नई चीजों को सीखने का काफी शौक था। बात चुनिंदा शौक की जाए तो डांस और कुकिंग सबसे पहले आते हैं। उनका कहना है कि, उनका पैर जब तक साथ देगा वह तब तक डांस को नहीं छोड़ सकती और जब तक हाथ साथ देगा तब तक नई नई चीजों को वह बनाती रहेंगी और दूसरों को खिलाती रहेंगी।

क्या था केक बनाने का क्रम

हमें यह बताते हुए काफी खुशी हो रही है कि अप्रैल 2021 में उन्हें यह विचार आया कि उन्हें केक बनाना सीखना चाहिए। उन्होंने यूट्यूब पर कुछ क्लासेज देखी और मात्र 1 सप्ताह में उन्होंने ज्यादातर चीजें सीख ली। बात अगर आइसिंग टेक्निक की हो, या फिर फाउंडिंग केक की हो उन्होंने सब कुछ बखूबी सीख लिया।

इस पूरी यात्रा में उन्हें मात्र 15 दिन लगे और बात अगर खर्च की की जाए तो जरूरी के सामान को मंगाते हुए और क्लासेस की फीस को देखते हुए पूरी तरीके से उन्हें 14 से ₹15000 खर्च करने पड़े।

अब तक बना चुकी है 25 से ज्यादा केक

संगीता काफी मेहनत करके सफाई का ध्यान रखते हुए अब तक 25 से ज्यादा केक बना चुकी हैं। सीखने के क्रम के बाद उन्हें जिस भी पार्टी में बुलाया जाता है तो वह बहुत प्यार से लोगों के लिए केक बना कर ले जाया करते हैं। लोग उनकी तारीफ करते नहीं थकते हैं, जिससे उनका मनोबल और बढ़ता है और आगे और भी सीखने की इच्छा वह जाहिर करते हैं।

कौन-कौन से बना चुकी हैं फ्लेवर्स

संगीता ने अब तक चॉकलेट, वनीला, स्ट्रॉबेरी, मार्बल अफेक्ट, डच केक कार्मिक, ए कंप्लीट कवर्ड ज्ञानाचे केक, आर्टिफिशियल ज्योड डॉल केक, दलगोना कॉफी अफेक्ट केक, मैट इफेक्ट केक, फाउंटेन केक, पेन फ्लेवर केक, रसमलाई केक, ट्रफल केक, जेल कार्ड मेकिंग cake, चिता इफेक्ट केक, थ्रेड वर्क केक आदि बना चुके हैं। यह काफी सराहनीय है। इसके क साथ ही उन्हें अलग-अलग थीम पर भी केक बनाना आ गया है।

    केक को सही आकार और स्वाद देने के लिए बहुत सारी चीजों की जरूरत भी पड़ी

    जैसे-जैसे संगीता को केक बनाने में जो भी चीजें इस्तेमाल होती हैं उनकी जरूरत पड़ी वैसे वैसे उन्होंने सारे सामानों को मंगवाया। कभी पास के मार्केट से तो कभी ऑनलाइन खरीदारी कर कर उन्होंने अब तक सारा सामान अपने पास रख लिया है। शुरुआती दौर में जब जब उन्हें जरूरत पड़ती थी किसी चीज की तब वो मंगाया करती थी, जिसमें नोजल, टर्नटेबल जैसी बहुत सारी चीजें हैं।

    हाइजीन का रखती है पूरा ख्याल

    संगीता का कहना है कि जब आप बाजार से केक खरीदते हैं तो आप यह नहीं जानते कि उसका बेस या ब्रेड कितने दिन पहले तैयार किया गया है, लेकिन अगर आप संगीता के पास से केक ले जाते हैं तो वह एक ही दिन में ब्रेड भी तैयार करती हैं और केक भी।रंगों की बात की जाए तो वह ऑर्गेनिक रंगों का इस्तेमाल करते हैं जिससे आपकी सेहत पर कोई नकारात्मक प्रभाव नहीं पड़ेगा। इसके साथ ही उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि यदि आप भी केक बनाना चाहते हैं तो ओटीजी का इस्तेमाल करें जिससे आपका केक बहुत स्वादिष्ट बनेगा।संगीता आमतौर पर शाकाहारी केक बनाते हैं क्योंकि उन्हें लगता है कि अंडे के इस्तेमाल से केक के स्वाद में बहुत ज्यादा अंतर नहीं पड़ता।

    संगीता उन तमाम महिलाओं के लिए आदर्श बनती जा रही हैं जिन्हें लगता है कि उम्र के एक खास पराव के बाद वह कुछ नहीं कर सकती हैं। उनका कहना है कि यदि आपके पास जोश और नई नई चीजों को सीखने की इच्छा है तो ना ही उम्र आप को रोक सकता है और ना ही आपकी आसपास की नकारात्मक चीजें।
