इंसान अपनी जरूरतों को पूरा करने के लिए , शुरू से ही प्रकृति से खेलता आया है। प्रदूषण, दुर्घटना, बीमारिया, ये तो हमारे जीवन का हिस्सा ही बन चुकी हैं। इस कोरोना के कहर ने हमे बहुत कुछ सिखाया। हमे फ़ास्ट फ़ूड के बिना भी जिना सिखाया, स्वास्थ्य ही सबकुछ है, ये भी बताया। इसी क्रम में लोग पेड़ पौधो के काफी करीब आये, इसकी महत्ता को समझें।
कुछ ने अपने खाने योग्य सब्ज़ियों के पौधें लगाए तो कुछ ने घरों की खूबसूरती बढ़ाने वाले।
आमतौर पर हमें पौधों से ज्यादा उसमे प्रयोग किये जाने वाले मिट्टी का ध्यान रखना होता है, उनके पोषण के बारे में सोचना होता है, उनकी उर्वरता का ख्याल रखना पड़ता है। लेकिन क्या आप जानते हैं कि मिट्टी के बिना भी पौधे उगाये जाते हैं। जी हां, आज हम इसी को पढ़ेंगे।
टेक्नोलॉजी के मामले में तो हम प्रतिदिन आगे बढ़ते जा रहे हैं। आज हर मुस्किल चीज़ आसान लगती है। तो जिस तकनीक से बिना मिट्टी की पौधें उगाये जाए, उसे कहते हैं:- हाईड्रोपोनिक्स। इस नाम को आज बहुत से लोग नही जानते, लेकिन इसको एक एक इंसान तक पहुँचाने का जिम्मा उठाया है – श्रीराम गोपाल ने।


34 साल के गोपाल चेन्नई के रहने वाले हैं। गोपाल ने इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स और इलेक्ट्रिकल में स्नातक किया है। यही नही , उन्होंने उसके बाद स्ट्रैटजी और मार्केटिंग में मास्टर्स भी किया है, जिसके लिए वो यूनाइटेड किंगडम गए।
गोपाल के पिता का नाम गोपालकृष्ण है, जिनका एक प्रिंटिंग का कारखाना है। उनके पिता बहुत ही कर्मठ हैं। लेकिन तबियत ठीक नही रहने की वजह से उन्हें अपना कारखाना 2007 में बन्द करना पड़ा।गोपालकृष्ण का कारखाना ही नही बल्कि कई फ़ोटो लैब भी थे। उन्हें हाई एंड कैमरे का बहुत ज्यादा शौक था। अपने पिता के शौक को पूरा करने के लिए श्रीराम एक हाइ एंड कैमरे की दुकान की योजना बना रहे थे।
श्रीराम, 5 साल IT कंपनी में भी काम कर चुके हैं। एक दिन उनके किसी मित्र ने उन्हें यूट्यूब पर हइड्रोपोनिक्स का एक वीडियो दिखाया। इस वीडियो ने उन्हें बहुत ज्यादा आकर्षित किया। उन्हें ये बहुत नया और सटीक लगा।
हम सब जानते हैं कि हमारा देश भारत एक कृषि प्रधान देश हमेशा से रहा है। श्रीराम को लगा कि इस हाइड्रोपोनिक्स तकनीक से हम इस कृषि प्रधानता को संरक्षित रख सकते हैं। जनसंख्या भी बढ़ रही है, लोग प्रवास भी कर रहे हैं, युवाओं का खेती से रुझान दूर होता जा रहा है, पेड़ काटे जा रहे हैं, जल का दुरुपयोग हो रहा है। श्रीराम का कहना है कि क्यों न हम कृषि को भी उद्योग की तरह देखे, एक अवसर की तरह देखे। तो हमे इसमे बहुत सफलता मिलेगी।


जब श्रीराम ने इस नए तकनीक पर काम करने का फैसला किया तो जगह की जरूरत थी। उनके पिता का कारखाना तो बन्द हो ही चुका था, तो उसी के रूफटॉप पर उन्होंने इस काम को शुरू करने का मन बनाया। साथ ही उनके पिता भी इस काम मे सहयोग के लिये तैयार थे। भला पेड़ पौधे किसको आकर्षित नही करते। सबको पसंद ही कि उनके आस पास हरियाली हो, स्वच्छ पर्यावरण हो। श्रीराम ने अपने पिता के स्वास्थ्य में उन्नति देखते हुए इस काम को बड़े पैमाने पर करने का फैसला किया।
उन्होंने ऐसे ही काम नही शुरू किया। पहले श्रीराम इस हइड्रोपोनिक्स टेक्नोलॉजी से जुड़े लोगों से मिले, विदेशी लोगो से भी जानकारी ली, जिससे सही ढंग से काम को आगे बढ़ाया जा सके। वो चाहते थे कि हइड्रोपोनिक्स को वो भारत की तरफ से दिखाए और बाहर से लोग खुद ही यह इन्वेस्ट करें।
5 लाख रुपये का इन्वेस्टमेंट कर के श्रीराम ने कुछ विदेशी कंपनियों के सहयोग से कंपनी स्थापित कर ली। इस नई कंपनी का नाम रखा गया – फ्यूचर फार्मर्स।
धीरे धीरे इस काम ने अच्छा रफ्तार पकड़ लिया और महज 5 साल के अंदर ही कंपनी को पूरे 2 करोड़ का टर्नओवर हुआ, जो की बहुत सराहनीय है।सबसे बड़ी उपलब्धि है कि ये कंपनी प्रति वर्ष 300% मुनाफे के साथ आगे बढ़ रही है। जहाँ 2015-16 में इसका टर्नओवर 39 लाख था , वही 2016-17 तक ये आकड़ा 2 करोड़ तक पहुच गया।
60 युवाओं की टीम इस काम मे अपना योगदान दे रही है। इन्वेस्टमेंट की बात करे तो लगभग इसमे 2.5 करोड़ रुपये लगाए जा चुके हैं। लेकिन इसमें केवल श्रीराम का ही लागत नही है बल्कि 15 लोगो ने अपने तरफ से इसमे आर्थिक रूप से योगदान दिया। इसमे 12 लोगो को शेयर की हिस्सेदारी है।
इस तकनीक के बारे में श्रीराम ने बताया कि शहर में लोग बहुत आसानी से हइड्रोपोनिक्स का इस्तेमाल कर के अपने फ्लैट्स में भी पौधे आसानी से उगा सकते हैं। आपको यहां मिट्टी की चिंता भी नही करनी होगी।


हाईड्रोपोनिक्स तकनीक में आपको लकड़ी का बुरादा, बालू, और छोटे कंकरों को पानी में मिलना होता है। और पौधों को पोषण तो चाहिए ही, उसके लिए एक विशेष घोल तैयार कर के मिलाया जाता है।
पतली नली और पंप का इस्तेमाल कर के पौधों तक ऑक्सिजन भी पहुचाया जाता है। इस तकनीक की सबसे अच्छी बात ये है कि इसमें बाकी खेती की तुलना में 90% कम पानी का प्रयोग होता है। आपको इसमे किटनाशक डालने की भी जरूरत नही पड़ती और उत्पादन भी बहुत अच्छा होता है।
