मुस्तफा के पितां कुली थे, जिस वजह से उन्हें आर्थिक संकटों से का सामना हमेशा करना पड़ता था, परन्तु मुस्तफा में एक खास बात ये थी कि उन्होंने कभी भी परेशानियों से हार नही मानी औए हमेशा कुछ नया कैसे करे वो सीखते गए। ” रेडी टू ईट” खाने वालो के लिए ID Fresh कंपनी का नाम नया नही है, इस कंपनी की स्थापना मुस्तफा ने ही कि है, इडली-डोसे के बिजनेस से उनकी पूरी जिंदगी ही बदल गईं, बिजनेस करना कोई बड़ी बात नही है परन्तु इस हालत में मुस्तफा ने बिजनेस कर कामयाबी पायी वो तारीफ के काबिल है।
असफलता के बाद मिली सफलता-
मुस्तफा वायनाड के गांव में जन्मे है अभी उनकी आयु 45 वर्ष की है, बचपन से ही उन्होंने गरीबी को देखा है, उनके पिता चाय बागान में कुली का काम करते थे, मुस्तफा पढ़ाई में बहुत अच्छे थे परन्तु उन्हें समय नही मिलता था पढ़ने का क्योंकि वो स्कूल से आते ही सीधा अपने पिता के पास चले जाते थे उनकी मदद करने। उनके पितां भी ये नही चाहते थे कि वो पढ़ाई छोड़ कर काम करे परन्तु उनकी आर्थिक स्थिति इतनी दयनीय थी कि ये उनकी मजबूरी थीं।
काम की वजह से मुस्तफा अपनी पढ़ाई पर ध्यान नही देते थे जिस वजह से 6वी कक्षा में वो फेल हो गए, परन्तु वो निराश नही हुए और खूब मेहनत की और 10वी में उन्हें प्रथम स्थान प्राप्त हुआ। मुस्तफा को ये एहसास हो चुका था को अगर उन्हें अपने जीवन मे कुछ बड़ा करना है तो पढ़ाई करनी बहुत जरूरी है, उन्होंने बहुत मेहनत की और नेशनल इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ टेक्नोलॉजी में साइंस में दाखिला लिया, उनकी मेहनत रंग लाई और उन्हें अमेरिका के एक भारतीय स्टार्टअप मैनहैंट्टन एसोसिएट्स में उन्हें नौकरी मिल गयी।
छोटी शुरुआत से पाई बड़ी कामयाबी-
मुस्तफा के पास बहुत अच्छी नौकरी थी उनका जीवन अच्छे से बित रहा था, फिर भी उनका मन नही लग रहा था उन्हें कुछ बड़ा करना था जिसकी चाह में उन्होंने कई सेक्टर्स में काम किया परन्तु कही भी उन्हें अपने मन मुताबिक काम नही मिला इसलिए साल 2003 में वो वापस अपने देश भारत लौट आए। जब वो भारत आए तो बहुत लोगो को उनका ये करना अच्छा नही लगा, परन्तु मुस्तफा कुछ अच्छा करना चाहते थे और उन्हें अपने हुनर पे पूरा भरोसा था।
वो कुछ अलग करना चाहते थे इसी अलग करने की सोच ने उन्हें ID Fresh का आईडिया दिया, साल 2005 में उन्होंने 25000 लागत के साथ अपने इस आईडिया को सच किया, परन्तु इसकी ओपचारिक शुरुआत साल 2010 को मानी जाती है। उनके इस कंपनी में इडली-डोसा बनाने के लिए जरूरी मिश्रण को बेचा जाता था, उन्हें अपने बिजनेस में अपने चचेरे भाईओ का साथ मिला। शुरुआत में उनकी कंपनी एक दिन में 100 पैकेट बेचतु थी परन्तु आज उनकी ही कंपनी प्रतिदिन 50000 से अधिक पैकेट बेचती है। मुस्तफा के इस कंपनी की वजह से 650 लोगो को रोजगार भी मिला है, भारत मे तो अब व्यापार काफी बढ़ गया है इसलिए अब उनकी कंपनी दुबई में अपना बिजनेस शुरू करने की सोच रही है।
400 करोड़ का है टर्नओवर-
मुस्तफा ने जब अपनी कंपनी की शुरुआत ही कि थी तो पहले ही दिन उनकी कंपनी ने 5000 किलो चावल से 15000 किलोग्राम इडली-डोसा का मिश्रण बनाया था, उसके बाद वो इस मिश्रण को स्कूटर पर लादकर बेचने निकल गए थे, आज यही कंपनी चार गुना अधिक मिश्रण सैकड़ों स्टोर्स और शहरों में बेच रही है। मुस्तफा खुद तो आगे बढ़े ही उन्होंने ग्रामीण लोगो को भी रोजगार दिया, आज पूरे देश मे वो ब्रेक फ़ास्ट किंग के नाम से जाने जाते है, साल 2015-16 में 100 करोड़ का टर्नओवर कमा रही थी उनकी कंपनी, 2017-18 में ये बढ़कर 182 करोड़ हो गयी और साल 2019-20 में इसका टर्नओवर 350-400 करोड़ हो गया है।
मुस्तफा ने जिस प्रकार अपनी मेहनत से ये मुकाम पाया है वो काबिलेतारीफ है, हमारी तरफ से उन्हें ढेर सारी शुभकामनाएं।
