आज समस्याएं किसके पास नही है, सबलोग अपनी अलग-अलग समस्याओं से जूझ रहे है, पर इन्ही में से कुछ ऐसे इंसान भी है जो इन समस्याओं का सामना करते हुए भी अपने आप को कामयाब बना लेते है, आज हम आपको ऐसे ही कामयाब शख्श से परिचित कराएंगे, जिन्होंने बचपन से ही अपने परिवार को आर्थिक तंगी से लड़ते देखा था, इसलिए उनका बचपन अपने परिवार के आर्थिक तंगी को खत्म करने में ही गुजर गया, इस बीच उनका खुद का जीवन कई बार डगमगाया परन्तु वो अपने लक्ष्य के प्रति ईमानदार थे, उन्हें कामयाबी मिली और आज उनका कारोबार 40 करोड़ रुपये का है, आइए जानते हों कौन है ये शख्श?
आसिफ अहमद का परिचय-
आसिफ अहमद जो चेन्नई के पल्लवरम के निवासी है, आसिफ एक मध्यवर्गीय परिवार से आते है, जब उनके पिता को नौकरी से सस्पेंड किया गया तब वो मात्र 12 साल के थे, इसी छोटी सी उम्र से वो अपनी परिवार जी जिमेदारिया उठा रहे है। उन्होंने सबसे पहले अखबार और किताबे बेचना शुरू किया।
जूते- चप्पलों का किया व्यवसाय-
आसिफ हमेशा से ही कुछ नया और अलग करना चाहते थे, परन्तु परिवार की जिम्दारियों की वजह से वो कुछ नही कर पाए, अखबार बेच के जब उनके पास कुछ पैसे आए तब उस पैसे से उन्होंने चप्पल-जूते का व्यवसाय शुरू किया। चमड़े के जुते-चप्पल बेच के उन्होंने एक लाख रुपये की कमाई की, परन्तु ये मुनाफा अधिक दिन नही हो पाया, धीरे-धीरे उन्हें नुकसान होने लगा जिसकी वजह से उन्होंने अपनी दुकान को बंद कर दिया।
खाना बनाने का काम भी किया-
जब आसिफ का दुकान बंद हो गया तब उन्होंने अपने बचपन के सपने को साकार करने के बारे में सोचा, इसलिए उन्होंने एक बिरयानी विशेषज्ञ के अंडर काम करना शुरू किया। वे बिरयानी विशेषज्ञ के साथ शादियों और पार्टियों में बिरयानी बनाने का कार्य करते थे, उस काम स उन्होंने बहुत अच्छे पैसे कमा लिए परन्तु इसके बाद वो उस गिरोह के संपर्क में आ गए जो पैसे लेकर झूठी नौकरी देने का दावा करती थी, उस गिरोह के एक शख्श ने उनसे नौकरी लगवाने के लिए 35000 रुपये मांगे, आसिफ पैसे देने को तैयार भी हो गए, जब वो मुम्बई आए और उस युवक को उन्होंने पूरे पैसे दे दिए, उसके बाद उस युवक से उनका कोई कांटेक्ट नही हो सका, इसके बाद उनके पास घर लौटने के अलावा और कोई दूसरा रास्ता नही था।
बिरयानी के ठेले से की शुरु-
इस घटना के बाद वो अपने घर आए और ठेले पर बिरयानी बेचने का कार्य शुरू किया, उन्होंने बिरयानी बनानी सीखी थी जिसकी वजह से उनकी दुकान अच्छे से चलने लगी और उन्हें अच्छी आमदनी भी होने लगी, कुछ हफ्ते बाद उनके ठेले से 10 से 15 किलो तक बिरयानी बिकने लगी।
आसिफ अपने घर से बिरयानी बना के ले जाते और अपने ठेले पर उसे बेचते जिससे उन्हें अच्छा मुनाफा होने लगा। इसलिए उन्होंने कुछ बड़ा करने की ठानी।
अपने नाम से किया अपने बिजनेस का विस्तार-
बिरयानी दुकान से आसिफ को मुनाफा हुआ, जिसके बाद उन्होंने अपना ठेला छोड़ कर भारे की दुकान ली और वहाँ बिरयानी बेचना शुरू किया, ये कार्य उन्होंने साल 2002 में किया। इसके तीन साल बाद उन्होंने अपने दुकान में 3 हेल्फर को रखा, जब दुकान से उन्हें मुनाफा होने लगा तब उन्होंने दुकान के बगल के ही 1500 वर्ग फुट में आउटलेट खोला।
धीरे-धीरे उनकी मेहनत रंग लाई और कुछ समय साल उन्होंने बैंक से लोन लिया और 8 नए रेस्टुरेंट खोले, आज वो अपनी मेहनत की वजह से करोड़ो के मालिक है, वो हमेशा अपने कारोबार को आगे कैसे बढ़ाएं उसके बारे में सोचते रहते थे, उनकी बदौलत उनका कारोबार खूब आगे भी बढ़ा परन्तु इसी बीच उनके परिवार में मतभेद हो गया। उन्होंने अपने परिवार के मदभेद को सुलझाते हुए एक रेस्टुरेंट अपने माँ के नाम कर दिया और दो रेस्टुरेंट अपने भाई के नाम कर दिया। अपनी कड़ी मेहनत और लगन से आज आसिफ 40 करोड़ के कारोबार के मालिक है।
