सबसे जानेंगे उनका परिचय

अनिल बसक (Anil Basak) बिहार के किशनगंज के रहने वाले हैं। उनके परिवार में माता-पिता और चार भाई हैं। उनके दो भाई पढ़ाई करते हैं जबकि एक बड़ा भाई कामकाजी है। अनिल के मां का नाम मंजू देवी है जो पूरा घर संभालती हैं। वही पिता बिनोद बसक ने घर चलाने के लिए कई छोटे-बड़े कार्य किए। कभी उन्होंने हाउस हेल्प के तौर पर कार्य किया तो कभी कपड़ों की फेरी लगाई।

UPSC पास कर IRS बनने का सफर

बिहार के किशनगंज के रहने वाले अनिल बसक (Anil Basak) एक बहुत ही गरीब परिवार से ताल्लुक रखते हैं। अपने गरीबी के बावजूद भी उन्होंने साल 2014 में आईआईटी (IIT) का एंट्रेस पास किया। एंट्रेंस पास करने के बाद उन्होंने IIT दिल्ली में में दाखिला लिया। IIT (आईआईटी) करने के दौरान उन्होंने यह कभी नहीं सोचा था कि वह UPSC का भी तैयारी करेंगे।

यूपीएससी करने का नहीं था मन

अनिल बसक का कहना है कि उन्होंने यह कभी नहीं सोचा था कि वह UPSC का तैयारी करेंगे। उन्होंने बताया कि जब साल 2014 में उनका सलेक्शन IIT के लिए हो गया उसके तीसरे साल से उन्होंने UPSC का भी तैयारी करना आरंभ कर दिया। अनिल ने साल 2018 में पहली बार UPSC परीक्षा में शामिल हुए थे। आगे उन्होंने साल 2020 सिविल सर्विस परीक्षा में 45वी. रैंक हासिल किए।

मुसीबतों से नहीं मानी हार

यूपीएससी के पहले प्रयास में अनिल कामयाब नही हो पाए, पर फिर भी उन्होंने हिम्मत नहीं हारी और फिर से कोशिश करने को सोचा। उनका कहना है कि उन्हें खुद पर भरोसा था कि वह जरूर कामयाब होंगे। उन्होंने यह सोचा कि यदि वह IIT का एंट्रेस पास कर सकते है तो वह कोई भी परीक्षा पास कर सकते हैं।

IRS में हुआ चयन

UPSC में पहली बार सफलता प्राप्त नही होने पर भी अनिल बसक ने हिम्मत नहीं हारी और दोबारा से तैयारियों में लग गए। दुसरे बार में उन्होंने 616वीं रैंक हासिल किया। UPSC में सफल होने के बाद उन्हे IRS के लिए चुना गया। 616वीं रैक आने पर उन्हे संतुष्टि नहीं हुई इसलिए उन्होंने फिर से एग्जाम दिया और इस बार उन्होंने 45वीं रैंक हासिल प्राप्त कर एक मिसाल कायम किया।

आसान नहीं था सफर

अनिल बसक आज जिस मुकाम पर पहुंचे हैं, वह सफर इतना आसान नहीं था। आपको बता दें कि उनके परिवार की आर्थिक स्थिति उतनी अच्छी नहीं थी। इस बारे में उन्होंने बताया कि वह एक मिडिल क्लास फैमली से ताल्लुक रखते हैं। उनका कहना है कि उन्होंने अपने परिवार में गरीबी देखी है और अपने माता पिता का संघर्ष भी। वह कहते हैं कि हम जिस परिस्थिति से गुजरे हैं वह बहुत ही कठिन था। आर्थिक स्थिति अच्छी नहीं होने के बावजूद भी उनके पिता ने इन्हें पढ़ाने के लिए जी जान लगा दी थी।

उन्होंने बताया कि उनके परिवार वाले हमेशा से ही न्यूज देखते रहे हैं और खासकर करेंट अफेयर्स पर उनका अधिक ध्यान रहा है। इस बात से उन्हें और भी ज्यादा फायदा हुआ है।

पिता को दिया कामयाबी का श्रेय

अनिल ने बताया कि वह अपने इस कामयाबी का श्रेय अपने पिता को देते हैं। अपने पिता के बारे में उन्होंने बताया कि जब भी मैं अपने पिता को मेहनत करते हुए देखता था, तब मुझे लगता था कि अगर वह भी अपने पिता की तरह मेहनत करेंगे तो एक दिन जरूर कामयाब होंगे।
