अर्तिका (IAS Artika Shukla), काशी (Kashi) की रहने वाली हैं। इनके पढ़ाई की शुरूआत सेंट जॉन स्कूल (St. John’s School) से हुई। वह शुरू से ही पढ़ाई में अच्छी थी, यहाँ तक कि वह हर क्लास में अव्वल आती थी। यह सिलसिला ऐसे ही चलता रहा। उसके बाद अर्तिका ने मौलाना आजाद मेडिकल कॉलेज (Maulana Azad Medical College) से MBBS किया। इनका यह सफर यहीं नहीं रुका। MBBS करने के बाद अर्तिका ने पीजीआईएमईआर से MD भी की।

अर्तिका के दोनों भाई यूपीएससी की परीक्षा पास कर चुके हैं:-

अर्तिका के पिता बजेश शुक्ला (Bajesh Shukla) एक डॉक्टर हैं तथा उनकी माँ लीना शुक्ला (Leena Shukla) होममेकर हैं। इनके दो भाई हैं गौरव शुक्ला (Gaurav Shukla) और उत्कर्ष शुक्ला (Utkarsh Shukla)। वे दोनों यूपीएससी की परीक्षा पास कर चुके हैं।

बता दें कि, गौरव आईएएस ऑफिसर हैं तथा उत्कर्ष आईआरटीएस ऑफिसर हैं। गौरव ने ही अर्तिका को यूपीएससी की परीक्षा देने की सलाह दी थी।

अर्तिका पहले ही अटेम्पेट में हुई सफल

अर्तिका (IAS Artika Shukla) ने एमडी को बीच में ही छोड़कर यूपीएससी की तैयारी शुरू कर दी। इन्होंने इसके लिए कोचिंग नहीं किया परंतु उनके भाई ने उनकी पूरी मदद की। अर्तिका में देश के लिए कुछ करने का ऐसा जुनून था कि इन्होंने वर्ष 2014 में यूपीएससी के पहले ही अटेम्प्ट में रैंक 04 के साथ एआईआर के लिए चयनित हुई।

अर्तिका (IAS Artika Shukla) कहती है कि, यूपीएससी एग्जाम की तैयारी के दौरान उन्होंने सोशल मीडिया से दूरी बना ली थी, इतना तक की उन्होंने फेसबुक से भी दूरी बना ली थी।

अर्तिका ने दी यूपीएससी के परीक्षा पास करने की टिप्स

अर्तिका बताती हैं कि, यूपीएससी की परीक्षा में सबसे ज्यादा जरूरी हैं कड़ी मेहनत करना। यह जरूरी नहीं कि एक दिन में 14 से 16 घंटे तक पढ़ाई करें। अगर आप 5 से 6 घंटे तक पूरे फोकस से पढ़े तो यूपीएससी की परीक्षा पास की जा सकती है, बस इसके लिए इरादा पक्का होना बहुत जरूरी है।

वे बताती हैं कि, प्री एग्जाम की तैयारी मेंस को ध्यान में रखते हुए ही करना चाहिए, इसके अलावें रात में नियमित रूप से लिखने की प्रैक्टिस करनी चाहिए।

इंटरव्यू के लिए उनका (IAS Artika Shukla) मानना है कि, आत्मविश्वास बहुत जरूरी है, अगर इंटरव्यू के दौरान आपको किसी सवाल का जवाब नहीं मालूम है तो स्पष्ट ना बोल दें।

उनका (IAS Artika Shukla) मानना है कि, यूपीएससी एग्जाम की तैयारी के लिए उम्र कोई मायने नहीं रखता यानी इस एग्जाम की तैयारी के लिए किसी उम्र या समय की सीमा का होना जरूरी नहीं है।
