ये किसी से छुपा हुआ नही है कि अगर हमे सरकारी दफ्तर में किसी प्रकार का कोई काम हो तो कितना अधिक समय लगता है, बार- बार जाने के बाद दिन भर इंतजार करने के बाद भी कई बार हमारा काम नही होता हैं। और हमने इस चीज़ को अपने जीवन का हिस्सा बना लिया है, परन्तु आज हम अपको एक बेटी के बारे में बताएंगे जो अपने पिता को बार-बार सरकारी दफ्तर के चक्कर लगाते देख इतनी दुखी हुई कि उन्होंने उसी समय ये प्रण लिया कि वो सरकारी अफसर बनेगी, और अपनी पूरी कोशिश करेंगी की किसी और को इस तरह की परेशानी नही झेलनी पड़े, तो आइए जानते है उनकी पूरी कहानी।

IAS रोहिणी का परिचय-

रोहिणी महाराष्ट्र की रहने वाली है, उनके पिता किसान है, रोहणी ने अपनी शुरुआती पढ़ाई सरकारी विद्यालय से की है, उसके बाद उन्होंने मेहनत करके सरकारी इंजीनियरिंग कॉलेज में दाखिला लिया। उसके बाद वो सिविल सेवा परीक्षा की तैयारी में लग गयी, उनकी मेहनत का अंदाजा आप इसी बात से लगा सकते है कि, उन्होंने अपने दम पर IAS की परीक्षा पास की, किसी भी कोचिंग में वो पढ़ने नही जाती थी। वो कहती है सरकारी स्कूल में शिक्षक बहुत अच्छे है बस यहाँ सुविद्याएँ ही कम है।

कैसा आया IAS बनने का खयाल-

रोहिणी बताती है जब वो 9 वर्ष की थी तो सरकार ने किसानों के लिए कोई योजना शुरू की थी, उसका लाभ उठाने के लिए उनके पिता को बार-बार सरकारी दफ्तर जाना पड़ता था। जब उन्होंने अपने पिता को परेशान देखा तो उन्होंने उनसे पूछा कि आपकी परेशानी क्या है, आम जनता की परेशनी खत्म करने को जिम्मेदारी किसकी है, तब उनके पिता ने जवाब दिया-” जिला कलेक्टर”।

अपने पिता की परेशानी देख रोहिणी ने उसी दिन निश्चय किया कि वो वही अधिकारी बनेंगी जिसके हस्ताक्षर के लिए उनके पिता को बार-बार चक्कर लगाना पर रहा है सरकारी दफ्तर का।

पिता ने प्रोत्साहित किया-

जब रोहिणी ने अपने पिता को ये बताया की वो कलेक्टर बनना चाहती है तो उनके पिता ने उन्हें प्रोत्साहित किया, साथ ही साथ ये सलाह भी दिया कि जब भी वो कलेक्टर बन जाएं तो जरूरतमंदो की सेवा करे, उनकी परेशनी दूर करने में उनकी मदद करे। क्योंकि उनके पिता को इस बात का अंदाजा अच्छे से था की सरकारी दफ्तरों में किसी भी योजना का लाभ लेने के लिए आम आदमी को कितनी परेशानियों का सामना करना पड़ता है।

अपना सपना पूरा कर, कर रही है लोगो की सेवा-

रोहिणी अपने जिले की पहली महिला IPS अधिकारी है, जब से उन्होंने अपने कार्य छेत्र में कदम रखा है अपने पिता के बात को उन्होंने गांठ बांध लिया है, रोहिणी को सबसे पहले मदुरई में जिला ग्रामीण विकास एजेंसी में अतिरिक्त कलेक्टर और परियोजना अधिकारी के पद पर नियुक्त किया गया, उसके बाद सेलम जिले में सामाजिक योजनाओं के निदेशक के पद पर नियुक्त हुई, उन्होंने तमिल सीखी और अब वो अच्छे से बोल भी लेती है।

 

उनका स्वभाव बिल्कुल शालीन है, उनके दफ्तर में किसी भी आम आदमी को परेशानी नही होती है, जैसे उनके पिता को होती थी, वो महिला सशक्तिकरण के छेत्र में भी कार्य करती है, वर्तमान में वो स्कूल में जाके स्वछता रखने ले लिए वो लोगो को जागरूक कर रही है।
