पढ़ाई में अच्छी-खासी रुचि रखने वाले छात्र-छात्राओं के लक्ष्य के बारे में अगर सवाल किया जाता है तो अधिकांश लोगों से एक हीं जवाब आता है कि, पढ़-लिख कर आईएएस या आईपीएस अधिकारी बनना है। यूं कहे तो अधिकांश पढ़े-लिखे लोग आईएएस या आईपीएस बनना ज्यादा पसंद करते हैं।
आज हम बात करेंगे एक ऐसी महिला की, जिसका बचपन में आईएएस अधिकारी बनने का सपना था और उसने अपने मेहनत के बदौलत सफलता हासिल करते हुए अपना सपने को साकार भी कर लिया।
कौन है वह महिला?
हम विशाखा यादव (IAS Vishakha Yadav) की बात कर रहे हैं, जो मूल रूप से दिल्ली (Delhi) के द्वारका (Dwarka) की रहने वाली है। इनके पिता राजकुमार यादव (Rajkumar Yadav) द्वारिका पुलिस स्टेशन में ASI ( सहायक उप-निरीक्षक) हैं। विशाखा हमेशा से एक मेधावी स्टूडेंट रही हैं और बचपन से ही सिविल सेवा के क्षेत्र में कदम रखना चाहतीं थीं।
कहां से पूरी की शिक्षा?
विशाखा (IAS Vishakha Yadav) ने अपनी शुरुआती पढ़ाई दिल्ली से हीं पूरी की है। शुरु से हीं लगभग सभी कक्षा में वे बढ़िया अंक प्राप्त करती थी। बारहवीं के बाद उन्होंने दिल्ली टेक्नोलॉजिकल यूनिवर्सिटी से सॉफ्टवेयर इंजीनियरिंग (Software Engineering) में स्नातक की डिग्री हासिल की है।
नौकरी छोड़ की यूपीएससी की तैयारी
विशाखा यादव (IAS Vishakha Yadav) जब दिल्ली टेक्नोलॉजिकल यूनिवर्सिटी से इंजीनियरिंग की पढ़ाई कर रहीं थीं, उसी दौरान उनका प्लेसमेंट एक अच्छी कंपनी में हो गया था। वहाँ उन्होंने दो सालों तक काम भी किया। लेकिन उनका बचपन से सपना आईएएस बनने का था इसलिए काम के दौरान उनका मन नहीं लगता था। अंत में उन्होंने जॉब छोड़ने का फैसला लिया और यूपीएससी की तैयारी करने का मन बनाया।
दो बार रही असफल
विशाखा (IAS Vishakha Yadav) यूपीएससी एग्जाम के शुरुआती दो अटेम्प्ट में प्रीलिम्स तक भी नहीं क्लियर कर पाई थीं। हालांकि, दोनों ही प्रयासों में वह केवल कुछ ही अंको से मात खा गई थीं। इस असफलता के बावजूद भी विशाखा ने हार नहीं मानी और अपनी तैयारी जारी रखी।
दो बार के असफलता के बारे में उन्होंने कहा कि ‘पहले के दो प्रयासों में काफी स्टडी मैटेरियल इकट्ठा करने के कारण मैं ठीक से रिवीजन नहीं कर पाईं थी तथा इसके अलावा मॉक टेस्ट पर भी ज्यादा ध्यान नहीं दिया था। इसी वजह से मेरी अच्छी प्रैक्टिस नहीं हो पाई थी और असफल रही।’
तीसरे प्रयास में हुई सफल
अपने दो बार के असफलताओं से सीख लेते हुए विशाखा यादव (IAS Vishakha Yadav) ने काफी मेहनत किया तथा सिविल सेवा परीक्षा के तीसरे प्रयास में उन्होंने कठिन परीक्षा के सभी चरणों को पास करते हुए सिविल सेवा परीक्षा 2019 में 6वीं रैंक प्राप्त कर टॉपर बनीं।
साझा की तैयारी का अनुभव
विशाखा यादव (IAS Vishakha Yadav) यूपीएससी की तैयारी के बारे में अपना अनुभव साझा करते हुए बताती है कि ‘यूपीएससी में सफलता हासिल करना एक लंबे यात्रा की तरह होता है। यदि आप पहले प्रयास में सफल नहीं होते तो हार न माने, अपनी तैयारी जारी रखे क्यूंकि आपकी कड़ी मेहनत का फल आपको जरूर मिलेगा। अगर सभी प्रतियोगी अच्छी रणनीति के साथ अपनी गलतियों को सुधारकर अपनी मेहनत जारी रखे तो वे इस परीक्षा में सफलता प्राप्त कर सकते हैं।’
