ऐसा कहा जाता है कि “सफलता की राह आसान नहीं होती है, उसके लिए कई बार असफलता हाथ लगती है, घोर संघर्ष करना पड़ता है, तब जाकर सफलता हासिल होती है।” जी हाँ आज हम बात करेंगे एक ऐसे शख्स के बारे में, जिन्होंने 5 वर्षों के दौरान 30 परीक्षाओं में असफल रहने के बावजूद भी हार नहीं मानी और अंततः अपने मेहनत के बदौलत सफलता हासिल करते हुए आईपीएस बन कर अपना सपना भी साकार किया है।
तो आइए जानते हैं उस शख्स से जुड़ी सभी जानकारियां:-
कौन है वह शख्स?
हम बात कर रहे हैं आदित्य कुमार (IPS Aditya Kumar) की, जो मूल रूप से राजस्थान (Rajasthan) के हनुमानगढ़ जिले के एक छोटे से गांव अजीतपुरा के रहने वाले हैं। उनके माता-पिता दोनों हीं शिक्षक है। उन्होंने शुरुआती पढ़ाई अपने गांव से हीं पूरा किया, इसके बाद उन्होंने भदरा स्थित जिला मुख्यालय स्कूल वर्सज से राजस्थान बोर्ड में 12वीं तक की पढ़ाई पूरी की हुई है। उन्हें 12वीं में कुल 67% मार्क्स प्राप्त हुआ था।
सिविल सर्विसेज में जाने को ठानी
पहले तो आदित्य (IPS Aditya Kumar) का सपना एक इंजीनियर बनने का था, लेकिन इंजीनियरिंग की प्रवेश परीक्षा पास नहीं कर सके इसलिए उसके बाद उन्होंने सिविल सेवा परीक्षा की तैयारी करना शुरू कर दिया। सिविल सर्विसेज की तैयारी करने के लिए साल 2013 में आदित्य राजस्थान से दिल्ली आ गये। वहां वे अपनी तैयारी में पूरी लगन के साथ जुट गए। 12वीं में कम अंक लाने के कारण उन्हें किसी न किसी से हमेशा ताना सुनने को मिलता था, इसके बावजूद भी उन्होंने हार नहीं माना और अपनी कोशिश जारी रखीं।
30 परीक्षाओं में हुए असफ
सिविल इंजीनियरिंग के बाद आदित्य (IPS Aditya Kumar) ने यूपीएससी की तैयारी करने का मन बनाया। इसके लिए उन्होंने एक दो नहीं पूरे 30 बार सरकारी परीक्षा में शामिल हुए। उन्होंने भर्ती के लिए AIEEE, राज्य प्रशासनिक सेवा, बैंकिंग और केंद्रीय विद्यालय संगठन समेत 30 प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं दी, जिसमें उन्होंने राजस्थान सिविल सेवाओं के लिए भी प्रयास किया लेकिन हर बार वह असफल हुए। इसके बावजूद भी आदित्य ने ठाना था कि वह असफलता से घबराकर कोशिश करना नहीं छोड़ेंगे।
3 बार यूपीएससी परीक्षा में हुए असफल
यूपीएससी की तैयारी करने के लिए आदित्य (IPS Aditya Kumar) ने तैयारी शुरु की और इसके बाद यूपीएससी की तैयारी के लिए 2013 में गांव से दिल्ली जाने का फैसला लिया। जहां वे 2014 में प्री परीक्षा में तो सफल हुए लेकिन मेंस नहीं निकाल पाए। इसके बाद उन्होंने 2015 और 2016 में फिर यूपीएससी परीक्षा दी लेकिन दोनों बार उनके हाथ असफलता ही लगी।
मिली सफलता
तमाम असफलताओं के बाद आदित्य ने वर्ष 2017 में अपने 31 बार के प्रयास में यूपीएससी की परीक्षा पास किया। वर्ष 2017 में जब वह परीक्षा की तैयारी करना शुरू किए और इस बार उन्होंने सफलता हासिल की तब उन्हें पंजाब कैडर के लिए चुना गया। वर्तमान में आईपीएस अधिकारी आदित्य (IPS Aditya Kumar) संगरूर में डीएसपी पद पर कार्यरत है।
लोगों के लिए बने प्रेरणा
अपने प्रयासों से कभी हिम्मत नहीं हारने वाले आदित्य कुमार ने अपने लम्बे प्रयास के बावजूद भी 31वीं प्रयास में यूपीएससी जैसे कठिन परीक्षाओं को पास करने का काम किया है। उनकी यह कामयाबी अपने आप में एक बहुत बड़ी सफलता हासिल की है। उनकी यह कामयाबी समाज के अन्य लोगों के लिए प्रेरणा बनीं हुई है।
