35 से भी ज्यादा कॉम्पिटिटिव परीक्षाओं में हुए थे असफल
आपको बता दें कि, विजय वर्धन (IPS Vijay Vardhan) ने IPS अफसर बनने यानी UPSC की परीक्षा देने से पहले 35 से भी ज्यादा बार कॉम्पिटिटिव एग्जाम में असफल हो गए थे। इनको UPSC में सफलता वर्ष 2019 में मिली, इससे पहले वह सिविल सर्विसेज की परीक्षा में चार बार फेल हो चुके थे। बार-बार फेल होने पर इनके रिश्तेदार तथा पड़ोसी इनपे ताने कसते थे, सब कहते थे, जब बार-बार फेल होते हो तो एग्जाम बार-बार क्यों देते हो , लेकिन विजय ने कभी हार नही माना बल्कि अपनी कोशिशें जारी रखी, अन्ततः उनको एक IPS अफसर बन सबको चौका दिया। ―Success story of IPS Vijay Vardhan.

विजय (IPS Vijay Vardhan) ने बताया कि, “वर्ष 2013 में मैं इलेक्ट्रॉनिक और कम्युनिकेशन में इंजीनियरिंग करने के बाद सिविल सर्विसेज की तैयारी के लिए दिल्ली गया। पहली बार मैं वर्ष 2014 में सीविल सर्विसेज की परीक्षा में बैठा। जिसमें मेरा प्री एग्जाम क्लियर हो गया, लेकिन मैं मेन्स में असफल हो गया। इसके बाद भी वर्ष 2015 में UPSC का एग्जाम दिया लेकिन फिर मैं मेंस में ही फेल कर गया। वर्ष 2016 में मैंने फिर से UPSC की परीक्षा दी, जिसमे मैंने प्री और मेंस दोनों निकाल लिया लेकिन फिर उसमे भी 6 नंबर से बाहर हो गया। वर्ष 2017 में मैं इंटरव्यू में असफल रहा। इसी प्रकार मैंने राजस्थान सिविल सर्विसेज, हरियाणा सिविल सर्विसेज, यूपी सिविल सर्विसेज, एसससी सीजीएल में कई बार असफलता प्राप्त की है।”
वर्ष 2019 में पाई UPSC में सफलता
विजय (IPS Vijay Vardhan) ने वर्ष 2019 में UPSC में सफलता प्राप्त किया। जिसमे उन्होंने 104 रैंक हासिल किया। कई बार असफल होने के बाद भी उन्होंने कोशिश करना नही छोड़ा। आज उसी आत्मविश्वास का परिणाम उनको IPS अधिकारी के रूप में मिला है। विजय बताते है कि, वह काफी कम नंबरों से परीक्षाओं मे असफल हो जाते थे। कभी मेडिकल तो कभी डॉक्यूमेंट वेरिफिकेशन के वजह से भी उनका सेलेक्शन रुका रहा। ―Success story of IPS Vijay Vardhan.
