उन्होंने बताया कि, उनके एक बड़े भाई की सरकारी नौकरी थी और एक भाई ने खुद का बिज़नेस शुरू किया था। जिससे इन्हे लगने लगा था कि पिता की खेती इन्हीं को संभालना पड़ेगा। लेकिन कुछ विपरीत परिस्थितियों के कारण इनके सारे खेत बिक गए, जिस कारण उन्हे नौकरी के लिए घर और गांव छोड़ना पड़ा।
बता दें कि, शहर में जाकर उन्होंने कई नौकरियों को ज्वाइन किया लेकिन संतुष्टि नहीं मिलने के कारण सबको छोड़ वर्ष 2005 में वे हरिद्वार पहुंचे और यहां आकर एक नौकरी करना शुरू किया। वर्तमान समय में नौकरी करने के साथ हीं वे नेटवर्क मार्केटिंग का काम भी कर रहे हैं।

जब वे हरिद्वार पहुंचे तो उन्हें यहां बिल्कुल भी मन नहीं लगता था, जिस कारण उन्होंने पौधे लगाना शुरू कर दिया लेकिन किराए के घर में उतनी जगह नहीं थी कि वे गार्डेन तैयाए कर सकें। जिसके कारण उन्होंने खुद का घर बनाने तथा उसमे गार्डेन तैयार करने का फैसला लिया।

सुधीर ने वर्ष 2018 में अपने घर बनाकर तैयार किया और फिर उसमे एक खूबसूरत गार्डेन लगाना शुरू किया। आज के समय में उनके घर में हजारों पौधे लगे हुए है। पूरे घर में उन्होंने सभी जगह पौधे लगाए हैं। बता दें कि, उन्होंने अपने घर के नीचे की जगह से लेकर दो बालकनी सहित छत पर भी कई सारे पौधे उगाए हैं।
घर में लगे हैं कई सजावटी पौधे
सुधीर (Sudhir Saini) में अपने घर में की सजावटी पौधे जैसे फिलॉडेंड्रॉन का पौधा, मनी प्लांट, एरिका पाम जैसे कई सजावटी पौधे लगाए हुए हैं। इसके अलावें उन्होंने अपने घर में फूलों के भी कई पौधे लगाए है, जिसमे रात की रानी, गुलाब, चंपा, अडेनियम, डेजर्ट रोज सहित बोगनवेल के कई अलग-अलग रंगों के फूल शामिल है।

बता दें कि, अब इनके अपने गार्डेन में 15 बोन्साई भी तैयार हो चुके हैं और इसके अलावें उन्होंने अपने गार्डेन में सफेद और लाल दो किस्म के ब्रह्मकमल के दुर्लभ पौधे भी लगाया है। उन्होंने अपने घर को मधुमालती और बोगनवेलिया जैसी लताओं वाले पौधे ढका है, जो लोगों को खूब पसंद आता है।
