अक्सर फूलों की बात हो तो गुलाब फूल का नाम सबसे पहले सबके दिमाग में आता है। क्योंकि गुलाब ने हर किसी के दिमाग में एक अलग ही भूमिका बना रखी हैं। जिसके कारण सब इसी फूल को सबसे पहले याद करते है। गुलाब एक ऐसा फुल है जिसकी सुंदरता आपका मन मोह लेती है। इसका इस्तेमाल पूजा में भी होता है। इसके अलावा विवाह में जयमाला और अन्य कामों में भी इसका इस्तेमाल किया जाता है। गुलाब का नाम आते ही हम सबके दिमाग में उसकी सुंदरता और सुंगध आती है जो सबको अपनी ओर आकर्षित करती है। लोग इसे अक्सर एक दूसरे को तोफे में भी देते है। अधिकतर लोगो का सबसे प्रिय फुल गुलाब होता है। बहुत लोग इसकी सुंदरता के कारण इसके पौधों को अपने घरों में भी लगाते है। जिस पर कई सारे गुलाब के फूल उगते है। और वह उनके घर की शोभा बढ़ाते है। क्या आप जानते हैं कि गुलाबो की खेती भी की जाती है। और गुलाब की खेती करके लोग दिन के हजारों रुपए कमा लेते है। क्योंकि गुलाब के फुल बाजार में सबसे जायदा बिकते है। आज हम बात करेंगे एक ऐसे ही किसान के बारे में, जो गुलाब के फूलों की खेती कर कमा रहे है लाखो रुपए।
**कौन है वह किसान………
आज हम जिनके बारे में बात करने जा रहे हैं, उनका नाम है सुधीर वर्मा। यह मध्य प्रदेश के रहने वाले है। यह करीब 20 वर्ष से गुलाब के फूलो की खेती कर रहे है। यह गुलाब के फूलो की खेती 8 एकड़ जमीन पर करते है। और जब इन्होंने इनकी खेती करना शुरू किया था। तब मात्र 15 गुलाब के पौधों से इन्होंने खेती को प्रारंभ किया था। और देखते ही देखते इन्हे इस काम में इतनी सफलता मिली कि इन्होंने गुलाब की खेती 8 एकड़ जमीन पर करनी शुरू करदी। इन्हे इस काम में बहुत मुनाफा होता हैं साथ ही साथ इनके कारण बहुत लोगो को रोज़गार भी मिला। इनके खेत में गुलाब इस तरह खिले हुए नज़र आते है मानो स्वर्ग हो। उनकी सुंदरता सबका मन मोह लेती है। और सबको अपनी ओर आकर्षित करती है। गुलाब के फूलो की बाजार में जायदा मांग होने के कारण खेती में सुधीर को काफी मुनाफा होता है।

**पढ़ाई…..
सुधीर वर्मा की पढ़ाई की बात की जाए तो वह जायदा पढ़े लिखे तो नही है। वह 10वी कक्षा तक ही पढ़े है। जिसके बाद उन्होंने कमाई करने पर ध्यान दिया। और कमाई करने के लिए उन्होंने खेती की राह पकड़ी। पढ़ाई के बाद उन्होंने खेती शुरू की परंतु उससे उन्हे कोई मुनाफा नही हो पाता था। जिसके बाद उन्होंने विचार किया कि कुछ ऐसा सोचा जाए जिससे उन्हे अच्छी खासी कमाई हो। जिसके बाद उन्होंने मात्र 15 गुलाब के फूलो से गुलाब के फुल की खेती शुरू की। वह बताते है कि गुलाब के फूलों की खेती में उन्हे बहुत मेहनत करनी पड़ती हैं। परंतु इससे उन्हे अच्छी खासी कमाई भी हो रही है। गुलाब के फूलों की खेती से ही उनके घर की कमाई होती है। इसलिए वह मेहनत करने से भी नही कतराते और बिना पढ़े लिखे भी अच्छी खासी कमाई कर रहे है।
**कड़ी मेहनत…….
जैसा कि हम सब जानते हैं, बिना मेहनत के कामयाबी हासिल नहीं होती है। वैसे ही सुधीर को भी आसानी से सफलता प्राप्त नहीं हुई है। उन्होंने इस सफलता को पाने के लिए बहुत मेहनत की है। गुलाब के फूलों की खेती करना कोई आसान बात नहीं होती। इसके लिए कड़ी मेहनत करनी पड़ती है। सुधीर बताते है कि वह खेतो में सुबह 3 बजे उठकर जाते है। और फिर खेतो से सीधा बाजार अपने गुलाब के फूलों की बिक्री खुद ही करने चले जाते है। वह खेत तो संभालते ही है। उसके साथ साथ खुद ही वह अपने खेतो के फूलों की बिक्री भी करते है। सुधीर इस काम से रोजाना अच्छी कमाई कर रहे है। उन्हे रोज़ हजारों का मुनाफा होता है। क्योंकि बाजार में गुलाब के फूलों की मांग होती है। जिससे उनके सारे फुल जल्दी बिक जाते है। और उन्हे अच्छा खासा मुनाफा होता है। इसके साथ साथ उन्होंने इसी काम में कई लोगो को रोजगार भी दिया है।

जैसा कि हमने पढ़ा, सुधीर अपने इस गुलाब के फूलों की खेती में बहुत मेहनत कर रहे हैं और अच्छी खासी कमाई भी कर रहे है। उनका कहना यही है कि अगर आज के दौर में किसी को अच्छा पैसा कमाना है तो उसे अपना कारोबार या खेती शुरू कर लेनी चाहिए। क्योंकि नौकरी में इंसान सिर्फ एक बधी हुई कमाई पर ही रह जाता है। जबकि अपने काम में कमाई करने की कोई सीमा नहीं होती। आप जितनी मेहनत करेंगे, उतना पैसा कमाएंगे। इसी के साथ साथ आपको अपने से किसी ऊपर वाले के ऊपर निर्भर भी नही रहना पड़ता है। उनके मुताबिक अपना कारोबार सही रहता है। परंतु उन्होंने अपने कारोबार में केवल अपनी न सोच कर बेरोजगारों की भी सोची हैं और कई लोगो को रोटी कमाने का जरिया भी दिया है। आज सुधीर गुलाब के फूलों की खेती से सालाना 22 लाख रुपए कमा रहे है। जो कि कोई छोटी रकम नहीं है।
** कुछ टिप्स…….
सुधीर को गुलाब के फूलों की खेती करने का इतने साल का अनुभव है। तो वह बाकी अन्य लोगो को भी इसके बारे में बताते हुए कहते है कि अगर आपको भी इनकी खेती प्रारंभ करनी है तो कुछ टिप्स ध्यान में रखनी जरूरी होती हैं। वह बताते है कि जब भी आप फूल की कटिंग करे तो उसकी डंडी को जितना लंबा हो सके उतना रखे परंतु इतना भी नही की तने की लंबाई कम हो जाए। इसके साथ साथ आपको यह भी ध्यान रखना है कि फुल की डंडी की लंबाई जितनी लंबी होगी बाजार में फूल उतनी ही आसानी से बिकेगा क्योंकि लोगो को इसका इस्तेमाल करने के लिए लंबी डंडी चाहिए होती है। इसके अलावा उन्होंने बताया कि गुलाब के फूलों की खेती करने के एक साल बाद तक कोई मुनाफा नही होता है। क्योंकि यह कुछ समय लेते हैं इनमे एक दम से मुनाफा नही होने लगता। इसके अलावा आपको गुलाब के फूलों की खेती करने के लिए तापमान और मिटी की नमी का भी ध्यान रखना होगा। तभी आपकी खेती में गुलाब के फूल अच्छे से उग पाएंगे और अगर आप यह सब अच्छे से करते है तो आप इस काम में आवश्य सफलता प्राप्त कर लेंगे।
