भास्कर रेड्डी (Bhaskar Reddy) ने जब देखा कि किसान दिन भर धूप में रहकर अपनी फसल की रक्षा करते है लेकिन फिर भी बंदर और जंगली सूअर उनके फसलों को बर्बाद कर देते हैं। किसानों के इस दुख को समझते हुए रेड्डी ने भालू की पोशाक का उपयोग करने को ठाना ताकि पूरे इलाके के किसान चैन की सांस ले सकें।

15 हजार रुपए तक की करते हैं कमाई

रेड्डी (Bhaskar Reddy), किसानों से इस काम के लिए प्रतिदिन 500 रुपए का भुगतान करते हैं। वे महीने में करीब 15 हजार रुपए तक की कमाई कर रहे हैं और साथ हीं किसानों की फसलों को बचा रहे हैं।
