जुर्माने का अधिकार

 

ऐसे कई लोग हैं जो बिना टिकट के ही ट्रेन में यात्रा तय करते हैं जो गलत है। ऐसे में कई बार RPF के पुलिसकर्मी यात्रियों की टिकट चेक करते हैं और टिकट पास न रहने पर धमकाने और उगाही जैसे मामले सामने आते हैं। यदि आपके साथ भी ऐसी घटना होती है तो आपकों डरकर पैसे देने की आवश्यकता नहीं है। क्योंकि यदि कोई यात्री बेटिकट रेल में यात्रा करता है तो उसपर जुर्माना लगाने का अधिकार सिर्फ टिकट चेकिंग स्टाफ के पास ही है।आप TTE की सहायता से एक अधिकृत टिकट बनवा लें और इस मामले की शिकायत उसके वरिष्ठ अधिकारी से करें।
