आमतौर हमने देखा है कि एग्जाम के दौरान अच्छे अच्छे छात्रों की नींद उड़ जाती है। कितना भी पढ़ाई कर लो लेकिन मन में एक अजीब सी टेंशन बनी रहती है। लेकिन इन दिनों JEE मेंस परीक्षा में शामिल एक छात्र आज के समय में चर्चा का विषय बना हुआ है।

पहले हीं प्रयास में मिली सफलता

कोलकाता के रहने वाले आशुतोष अग्रवाल (Ashutosh Agarwal) हाल हीं फिलहाल में जारी हुए JEE मेंस के परिणाम में 99.99 प्रतिशत अंक हासिल कर पश्चिम बंगाल के टॉपर बने हुए है। इनकी सफलता के पीछे की कहानी इन दिनों लोगों के लिए चर्चा का विषय बना हुआ है।

बता दें कि, JEE मेंस के पश्चिम बंगाल टॉपर आशुतोष अग्रवाल का उम्र 18 वर्ष है। उन्होंने अपने पहले प्रयास में ही इंजीनियरिंग के एंट्रेस परीक्षा में 99.99 प्रतिशत हासिल कर अपने परिवार का नाम रोशन किया है।

परीक्षा हॉल में सोने के बावजूद भी बना टॉपर

जहां एक तरफ एग्जाम के 10 दिन पहले या एग्जाम के दिन छात्र बड़ी टेंशन में दिखते है, मानों कि 10 दिन से उनकी नींद उड़ी हुई हो वहीं आशुतोष अग्रवाल ने एग्जाम सेंटर पर अपने दिमाग को स्थिर रखने के लिए नींद ली थी।

बता दें कि, आशुतोष एग्जाम सेंटर पर 45 मिनट पहले पहुंच गए थे लेकिन परीक्षा हॉल में घुसने के पहले उन्होंने एक झपकी ली, जिससे उनका मन पूरा फ्रेश हो गया। उसके बाद वे परीक्षा हॉल में अंदर गए।

पढ़ाई के लिए नींद को जरूरी समझते हैं आशुतोष

आशुतोष का कहना है कि, तैयारी के दिनों में भी वे पढ़ाई के पहले दिमाग को ताजा रखने के लिए एक नींद जरूर लेते थे। वे पढ़ाई के लिए नींद को भी बहुत जरूरी मानते हैं। एग्जाम के दौरान उन्होंने 15 मिनट की नींद पूरी की थी उसके बाद उन्होंने खुद को तरोताजा महसूस किया और फिर क्विक रिवीजन करने के बाद हॉल में परीक्षा देने गए।

पढ़ाई के दौरान ब्रेक को मानते है जरूरी

उन्होंने अपनी तैयारी की एक छोटी कहानी शेयर करते हुए बताया कि पढ़ाई के हर दो घंटे के बाद वे एक ब्रेक जरूर लेते थे। फिर 10-15 मिनट बाद वे पढ़ने बैठ जाते थे। वे खेल को भी पढ़ाई के साथ जरूरी मानते हैं।
