कुछ सालों पहले की बात है, जिस सब्जी या फल का मौसम रहता था वो सब्जी बाजार में हमे दिखती थी, और हम मौसमी सब्जियों यजे फलो को बड़े चाव से खाते थे, परन्तु वर्तमान में ये चलन समाप्त होते दिख रहा है क्योंकि, आज पैसों के लिए हर मौसम में आपको हर सब्जी और फल बाजार में मिल जाएंगे, हम खरीदते भी है। परन्तु इन बे मौसम फल सब्जियों को उगाने के लिए कितने केमिकल का इस्तेमाल किया जाता है हम उससे अनजान रहते है, और इन बेमौसम की फल सब्जियों में स्वाद भी ना के बराबर ही होता है और हमारे स्वास्थ्य के लिए भी ये हानिकारक होता है।

परन्तु वर्तमान में ऐसे लोगो की संख्या बढ़ती जा रही है जो स्वास्थ्य को लेके बहुत जागरूक है,इसलिए वो जैविक खेती करके सबको प्रोत्साहित कर रहे है। आज kheti trend आपको ऐसे ही दो दोस्तों की कहानी से परिचित करायेगा।

दोनो दोस्तों का परिचय-

कौस्तुभ खरे और साहिल पारिख दोनो बहुत अच्छे दोस्त है। इन दोनों दोस्तो ने IIT खड़कपुर से अपनी इंजीनियरिंग की पढ़ाई पूरी की है। ये दोनों दोस्त इस विधि से खेती करते है जिसमे कम जगह में भी अच्छी उपज हो, और स्वास्थ्य के लिए भी ये फायदेमंद हो।

नौकरी छोड़ शुरू की खेती-

दोनो दोस्तो ने अपनी नौकरी छोड़ कर खेती शुरू की। ये दोनों दोस्त अपने ही छत पर खेती करके 800 किलोग्राम से अधिक सब्जियां उपजा रहे है। इन दोनों दोस्तो ने इस सोच को बदल के रख दिया है कि खेती आप कम जगह में नही कर सकते है। बहुत सारे लोग इन दोनों से प्रभावित हो कर अपने छत्त पर खेती कर रहे है, और जैविक तरीके से सब्जियां उपजा रहे है और अपने आप को और अपने परिवार वालो को स्वस्थ रख रहे है।

इस तरीके से करते है खेती-

इन दोनों दोस्तों ने पारंपरिक खेती को छोड़ कर हाइड्रोपोनिक विधि को अपनाया है। इस विधि की खास बात ये है की इस विधि में आपको मिट्टी और खाद की जरूरत नही पड़ती है। इन दोनों दोस्तों ने इसलिए ये विधि अपनायी क्योंकि छत्त पर भार कम पड़े ताकि छत्त को कोई नुकसान ना पहुँचे।

 

इस विधि का इस्तेमाल करते हुए इन दोनों दोस्तों ने सबसे पहले छत्त पर क्यारी बनायी, जिससे की छत्त पर पानी ना गिरे। जैसे कि हमने आपको पहले ही बताया कि इस विधि में आपको पौधो में खाद नही डालना है, बल्कि पानी मे ही कुछ उर्वरक डाले जाते है, जिससे को पौधो को जड़ो तक पोषण मिले, ताकि उपज अच्छी हो।

दो हज़ार रुपये से शुरु किया-

ये दोनों दोस्त आज अपने खेती करने के फैसले से बहुत खुश है, और अपनी उपजायी हुई सब्जियों का लुत्फ उठा रहे है। ये दोनों दोस्त जैविक तरिके से सब्जी उपजाते है जो इनके स्वाथ्य के लिए बहुत ही लाभदायक है।

इन दोनों दोस्तो के खेत मे अपको बहुत किस्म की सब्जियां दिखेंगी जैसे- पालक, भिंडी, बैगन, टमाटर, मेथी,पाई का शाग, मिर्च और भी बहुत कुछ मिलेगा आपको इनके खेत मे। इन दोनों दोस्तो ने सिर्फ 2 हज़ार रुपये से हाइड्रोपोनिक विधि से खेती शुरू की थी अपने छत्त पे, और आज ये दोनों दोस्त इस विधि से लाखों में कमा रहे है।

 

खेतीफाई रखा नाम-

अपने खेती के कार्य को इन दोनों दोस्तों खेतीफाई का नाम दिया है, इन दोनों दोस्तों का उद्देश्य है अधिकतर लोगों तक खेती के बारे में जानकारी पहुँचाना। ये दोनों दोस्त बच्चो को अधिक खेती के बारे में समझाते है, जैसे- कैसे पौधों को चुने या बीज को, पौधो को कैसे पोषण दे, ताकि ये बच्चे बड़े होकर खेती को अपना करियर बना सके, और सफल किसान बने।
