UPSC की एग्जाम देश के सबसे कठिन परीक्षाओं में से एक है। वैसे तो इस परीक्षा के लिए हर साल 10 लाख के करीब कैंडिडेट अप्लाई करते हैं लेकिन इसमे उन्ही का चयन होता है जिनमे प्रतिभा कूट-कूट कर भरी होती है।

वैसे तो देश के हर युवा का सपना होता है कि वो एक काबिल अफसर बने लेकिन बिहार (Bihar) और उत्तर प्रदेश (Uttar Pradesh) के युवाओं में अफसर बनने की एक अलग ही क्रेज देखने को मिलती है। हर साल होने वाले UPSC की परीक्षा में ज्यादातर सफलता बिहार तथा UP के युवाओं को मिलती है। आज हम बात करेंगे UP के एक ऐसे गांव के बारे में, जिसमे हर घर से कोई न कोई आईएएस या पीसीएस है।

UP के एक ऐसा गांव जो पूरे भारत मे “अफसरों का गांव” के नाम से है मशहूर

 

जी हां, उत्तर प्रदेश (Uttar Pradesh) के जौनपुर जिले (Jaunpur District) में एक छोटा सा गांव है, जिसका नाम माधोपट्टी (Madhopatti Village) है। इस गांव में हर घर में कोई न कोई अफसर है इसलिए यह गांव पूरे भारत मे “अफसरों का गांव” के नाम से मशहूर है। ―Officers’ Village…Madhopatti.

आपको बता दें कि, यह गांव (माधोपट्टी) उत्तर प्रदेश की राजधानी लखनऊ से 250 किलोमीटर दूर जौनपुर जिले में स्थित है। इस गांव में लगभग 75 घर है और हर घर से कोई न कोई व्यक्ति आईएएस या आईपीएस है। खास बात तो यह है कि, इस गांव में केवल आईएएस और आईपीएस ही नहीं बल्कि इस गांव के कई लोग अपनी प्रतिभा के चलते इसरो, मनीला और इंटरनेशनल बैंक में भी अच्छी खासी पोस्ट पर है।

कोई भी कोचिंग सेंटर नही है स्थित

 

आपको बता दें कि, इस गांव (माधोपट्टी) के पीढ़ी दर पीढ़ी से लोग अफसर बनते आ रहे है। एक रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, माधोपट्टी में दूर-दूर तक कोई कोचिंग संस्थान भी स्थित नही है और न ही इस गांव के अगल-बगल। फिर भी यहां के युवा अपनी प्रतिभा तथा लगन के बदौलत देश मे अपनी औऱ अपने गांव की एक अलग पहचान स्थापित कर रहे है। इस गांव के एक शिक्षक महोदय ने बताया कि, यहां के युवा स्कूल में पढ़ने के दौरान की अफसर बनने की तैयारियां करने लगते है। इस गांव के इंटरमीडिएट में पढ़ने वाले छात्रों के पास IAS और PCS परीक्षाओं के लिए मार्गदर्शक पुस्तकें देखने को मिलती है। ―Officers’ Village…Madhopatti.

इस गांव (माधोपट्टी) के सबसे पहला IAS अधिकारी

 

जानकारी के मुताबिक, इस गांव (माधोपट्टी) में साल 1914 में मुस्तफा हुसैन ने UPSC की परीक्षा पास की थी। आपको बता दें कि, मुस्तफा हुसैन मशहूर कवि वमीक जौनपुरी के पिता थे। वह (मुस्तफा हुसैन) UPSC में सफलता प्राप्त करके पीसीएस में शामिल हुए थे। इनके बाद इस गांव में साल 1951 में इंदु प्रकाश ने UPSC में सफलता प्राप्त किया था। आपको बता दें कि इंदु प्रकाश ने वर्ष 1951 में सिविल सेवा परीक्षा में दूसरी रैंक हासिल कर IAS अफसर बने थे तथा वह करीबन 16 देशों में भारत के राजदूत भी थे। इनके बाद साल 1953 में इन्ही के भाई विधा प्रकाश सिंह ने UPSC में सफलता हासिल किया तथा वह एक IAS अधिकारी के रूप में चयनित हुए थे। उनके बाद अफसर बनने का सिलसिला इस गांव (माधोपट्टी) में लगातार चल ही रहा है। ―Officers’ Village…Madhopatti.

इस गांव (माधोपट्टी) ने दर्ज किया है एक अनोखा रिकॉर्ड

 

आपको बता दें कि, इस गांव (माधोपट्टी) के एक ही परिवार के चार भाइयों ने IAS बन देश मे एक अनोखा रिकॉर्ड दर्ज कराया है। जानकारी के मुताबिक, परिवार के सबसे बड़े बेटे ने साल 1955 में देश के सबसे कठिन परीक्षाओं में से एक परीक्षा माने जाने वाले UPSC की परीक्षा में 13वां रैंक हासिल किया था। अभी वो बिहार के मुख्य सचिव होकर रिटायर हो चुके है। उसके बाद साल 1964 में उनके छोटे भाई छत्रपाल सिंह और अजय कुमार सिंह ने UPSC की परीक्षा में सफलता हासिल की और साल 1968 में सबसे छोटे भाई शशिकांत सिंह ने UPSC में सफलता हासिल कर देश मे एक रिकॉर्ड कायम कर दिया। ―Officers’ Village…Madhopatti.

आपको बता दें कि, इस गांव (माधोपट्टी) में हर घर मे अफसर होने के बावजूद कोई भी सुविधा उपलब्ध नही है। गांव की सड़कें की हालत बदतर है तथा यहां पर मेडिकल फैसिलिटी भी उपलब्ध नही है। साथ ही यहां पर बिजली की सप्लाई भी सही नही है।
