दरअसल, लोगों को नींद में बड़बड़ाने के पीछे की वजह पैरासोमनिया है। इसमें इन्सान की आवाज स्पष्ट नहीं होती है लेकिन वह कुछ न कुछ बोलता है। आवाज स्पष्ट न होने के कारण ही इसे बोलना न कहकर बड़बड़ाना कहा जाता है। इसमे एक मनुष्य 30 सेकेंड तक ही बोल सकता है।

3 साल से 10 साल तक के उम्र के अधिकांश बच्चे नींद में बातचीत करते हैं जबकी 5 फीसदी व्यस्क भी सोने के दौरान बड़बड़ाते हैं। वर्स्ग 2004 के एक सर्वेक्षण के अनुसार, 10 में से एक से अधिक बच्चे रात को नींद में बातचीत करते हैं।

हालांकि, इसके कई कारण हो सकते हैं। कई बार ऐसा होता है कि कुछ लोग बोलते-बोलते सो जाते है और फ़िर सोने के बाद भी अपनी बात करते हैं। वहीं कुछ लोग डरावने सपने देखकर बोलने लगते हैं तो कुछ सपने में झगड़ा करने के कारण से नींद में ही जोर-जोर से बोलने लगते हैं।

कोई बिमारी तो नहीं है?

हालांकि यह कोई बिमारी नहीं है इसलिए घबराने की जरुरत नहीं है। लेकिन यह स्वास्थ्य ठीक नहीं होने का संकेत भी है। नींद में बड़बड़ाना डिमेंशिया या पार्किंसन जैसी बीमारियों के लक्षण हैं और इसे “आरईएम स्लीप बिहैवियर डिसऑर्डर” भी कहा जाता है।

दरअसल यह इसमें आप रात को सोने के समय की ताजा यादों को प्रोसेस करते हैं। इसी वजह से इन्सान नींद में लोग चिखने-चिल्लाने लगते हैं। ऐसा दवाओं का रियेक्शन, मानसिक स्वास्थ्य समस्या या तनाव के वजह से भी होता है।

कैसे कम करे बड़बड़ाने की आदत?
