आपको बता दें कि सिटी मोंटेसरी स्कूल की स्थापना डॉ. जगदीश गांधी (Dr. Jagdish Gandhi) और डॉ. भारती गांधी (Dr. Bharti Gandhi) द्वारा की गई थी और यह स्कूल ‘आईसीएसई बोर्ड’ द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त कर चुकी है। यह स्कूल केवल क्षेत्रफल में हीं बड़ा नहीं है बल्कि बच्चो की संख्या के मामले में भी दुनिया का सबसे बड़ा स्कूल है। साल 2019 के रिपोर्ट के अनुसार इस स्कूल में 55,547 बच्चे पढ़ते थे। – City Montessori School located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh is the largest school in the world.

सिटी मोंटेसरी स्कूल (City Montessori School) का लखनऊ शहर में कुल 18 कैंपस हैं, जिसमे कुल 4500 स्टाफ है। इस स्कूल में सबसे अधिक 2,500 शिक्षक हैं तथा छात्रों की सुविधा के लिए यहां 3,700 कंप्यूटर हैं और 1,000 क्लासरूम हैं। बता दें कि इस स्कूल का नाम ‘गिनीज़ बुक ऑफ़ वर्ल्ड रिकार्ड्स’ में भी दर्ज हो चुका है। साल 2005 में इस स्कूल ने सबसे अधिक 29,212 छात्रों का वर्ल्ड रिकॉर्ड बनाया था।
