लक्ष्मी की माँ कहती है कि जब उन्होंने देखा कि लक्ष्मी को खाना बनाने में बहुत रुचि है तो ये बात मैन लक्ष्मी के पापा को बताई।तब लक्ष्मी के पापा ने सोचा कि क्यों ना बेटी के हुनर को सही दिशा दिया जाए।तब उन्होंने कुकिंग विश्व रिकॉर्ड बनाने के बारे में सोचा।
सान्वी भी दर्ज करा चुकी है अपना नाम वर्ल्ड रेकॉर्ड बुक में:-
लक्ष्मी से पहले भी केरल की ही एर्नाकुलम की दस वर्ष की सान्वी एम प्रजति ने एक घंटे से कम समय मे 33 व्यंजन बना के एक रिकॉर्ड अपने नाम किया था।सान्वी का नाम एशिया बुक ऑफ रिकार्ड्स और इंडिया बुक ऑफ रिकार्ड्स में दर्ज है।सान्वी ने जो पकवान बनाये थे उनमें इडली,वफल,कॉर्न फ्रिटर,मशरुम टिक्का,पनीर टिक्का,उत्पम शामिल थे।
